【摘要】：近年來(lái),職業(yè)教育發(fā)展形勢(shì)不容樂(lè)觀,職業(yè)院校普遍存在“生源少,生源差”的情況,不少職業(yè)院校不能完成招生任務(wù)。而近幾年國(guó)家對(duì)高素質(zhì)技能型人才的需求大于供給,職業(yè)院校肩負(fù)著為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)技能型人才的重任。職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)水平的提高是與職業(yè)院�！半p師型”教師素質(zhì)水平分不開(kāi)的,職業(yè)院校的生存離不開(kāi)“雙師型”教師。教育部等國(guó)家部委相繼出臺(tái)“大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育”等相關(guān)文件,對(duì)職業(yè)教育及職教教師提出相關(guān)要求。筆者試圖將將現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源管理理論和組織行為學(xué)理論運(yùn)用到職業(yè)院校“雙師型”教師培訓(xùn)中來(lái),豐富“雙師型”教師培訓(xùn)理論,為職業(yè)院�！半p師型”教師培訓(xùn)提出指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)。通過(guò)研讀前人文獻(xiàn),借鑒部分前人觀點(diǎn),登陸教育部官方網(wǎng)站和北京市教育委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站,搜索、研讀相關(guān)文件,收集相關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),抽取北京市三所職業(yè)院校(1所高職院校——B校和2所中職院�！狧校和M校)的部分校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師及學(xué)生,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、訪談等方法收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),研究抽樣職業(yè)院校教師隊(duì)伍現(xiàn)狀及“雙師型”教師培訓(xùn)存在的問(wèn)題,在此基礎(chǔ)上借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家職業(yè)院校教師培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在轉(zhuǎn)變“雙師型”教師培訓(xùn)觀念、完善“雙師型”教師培訓(xùn)體系、建立“雙師型”教師激勵(lì)機(jī)制和創(chuàng)建“學(xué)習(xí)型雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍等方面提出建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the situation of vocational education development is not optimistic, vocational colleges and universities generally exist the situation of "fewer students, bad students", many vocational colleges and universities can not complete the enrollment task. In recent years, the demand for high-quality skilled personnel is greater than the supply, vocational colleges and universities shoulder the important task of cultivating high-quality skilled personnel for the country. The improvement of the level of running a school in vocational education is inseparable from the quality level of teachers in vocational colleges and universities, and the survival of vocational colleges cannot be separated from that of teachers with double qualifications. Ministry of Education and other national ministries have issued "vigorously develop vocational education" and other related documents, to vocational education and vocational teachers put forward relevant requirements. The author tries to apply modern enterprise human resource management theory and organizational behavior theory to the training of "double qualified" teachers in vocational colleges and universities, and enrich the theory of "double qualified" teachers' training. To provide guidance for the training of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges and universities. Through the study of previous literature, draw lessons from some of the previous views, go to the Ministry of Education official website and Beijing Education Commission website, search, study the relevant documents, collect relevant statistical data, Some school leaders, teachers and students from 1 vocational school B and 2 secondary vocational schools in Beijing were collected by questionnaire, interview and other methods. This paper studies the present situation of teachers in vocational colleges and universities and the problems existing in the training of "double qualified" teachers, on the basis of which we can learn from the experience of teachers' training in vocational colleges and universities in developed countries, and change the concept of "double-qualified" teachers' training. Some suggestions are put forward on perfecting the training system of "double qualified" teachers, establishing the incentive mechanism of "double qualified" teachers and establishing "learning double qualified" teachers.
