【摘要】：本文緊緊圍繞鄂爾多斯煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型對(duì)新型煤化工技術(shù)技能人才的需要,以"雙主"技術(shù)的選擇為前提,以新型煤化工職業(yè)教育集團(tuán)建設(shè)為機(jī)制,以搭建基于"雙主"技術(shù)的產(chǎn)學(xué)研平臺(tái)為支撐,創(chuàng)新了實(shí)踐引領(lǐng)的新型煤化工技術(shù)技能人才培養(yǎng)模式,培養(yǎng)了大批新型煤化工技術(shù)技能人才,助推了鄂爾多斯國(guó)家級(jí)現(xiàn)代煤化工產(chǎn)業(yè)示范區(qū)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the needs of the new type of technical talents of coal chemical industry in Ordos, taking the choice of "double main" technology as the premise and the construction of the new vocational education group of coal chemical industry as the mechanism. Based on the construction of the production, education and research platform based on the "double main" technology, the paper innovates the training mode of the new type of coal chemical technical skill personnel, and trains a large number of new coal chemical technical skill talents. Promoted the Ordos state-level modern coal chemical industry demonstration zone construction.
