【摘要】：澳大利亞資格框架是一個全納性的資格體系,職業(yè)教育與培訓領域的資格類型及標準是其三大主要構成部分之一,該領域的八種資格類型依據(jù)資格自身的標準差異和職業(yè)教育的體系構成可以劃分為四個階段:職業(yè)教育準備、基礎、提高及專業(yè)階段。澳大利亞資格框架中職業(yè)教育與培訓領域各階段資格標準體現(xiàn)出來的對學習結果的規(guī)范化表述、資格等級的階梯式劃分、部門資格之間的等值和融通、基礎技能的貫通始終、能力要求的職業(yè)指向性以及個體性與社會性的綜合考慮等特征對我國技術技能人才資格標準的制定具有重要借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The Australian eligibility framework is an inclusive qualification system, and the types and criteria of qualifications in the field of vocational education and training are one of its three major components. The eight types of qualifications in this field can be divided into four stages according to the difference of qualification standards and the constitution of vocational education system: vocational education preparation, foundation, improvement and professional stage. In the Australian qualification framework, the standard of qualifications in the field of vocational education and training reflects the standardized expression of learning results, the step classification of qualification levels, the equivalence and integration of departmental qualifications, and the continuity of basic skills. The characteristics of the professional orientation of the ability requirement and the comprehensive consideration of individuality and sociality have important reference significance for the establishment of the qualification standard of the technical skill talents in China.
