【摘要】：本文主要對民間資本采用PPP模式投資公辦職業(yè)院�；A設施建設中如何實現(xiàn)共同出資、共同開發(fā)、風險共擔、利益共享,從而解決公辦職業(yè)院校設備采購和部分校舍建設資金短缺、民間資本如何獲取利潤的問題。
[Abstract]:In this paper, we mainly focus on how to realize the joint investment, development, risk sharing and benefit sharing in the infrastructure construction of public vocational colleges and universities using the PPP model of folk capital. In order to solve the public vocational colleges equipment procurement and part of the school construction funds shortage, private capital how to obtain profits.
