【摘要】：近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結構的不斷調(diào)整以及中國高職教育政策、法規(guī)的逐步完善,中國高職教育取得了迅速的發(fā)展。LD職業(yè)技術學院作為眾多職業(yè)院校中的一所,抓住了發(fā)展機遇,取得了很大的發(fā)展,但同時也面臨著普通高等院校、同類高職院校以及日益興辦的民辦職業(yè)院校的激烈競爭,因而突破學院原有的傳統(tǒng)管理方法和模式,實施戰(zhàn)略管理已經(jīng)勢在必行。 本文從上述的背景出發(fā),以戰(zhàn)略管理的基本理論為研究基礎,結合戰(zhàn)略管理在高等教育領域的研究現(xiàn)狀,采取理論與實踐相結合的方法,以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的波特五力模型、PEST分析法為基礎、采用SWOT方法等為分析工具,對LD職業(yè)技術學院的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行深入分析,通過與其主要競爭對手進行比較,依托當前高職教育、經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展形勢,從市場需求、行業(yè)競爭以及學院自身辦學能力的視角出發(fā),總結出LD職業(yè)技術學院發(fā)展中存在的優(yōu)勢與劣勢以及面臨的機會與威脅,從而對學院發(fā)展的總戰(zhàn)略、經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略及學院辦學的總目標給與了準確的定位,并根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的辦學條件制定出相應的科學、可行的戰(zhàn)略措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy and society, the constant adjustment of industrial structure, the improvement of Chinese higher vocational education policy and the gradual improvement of laws and regulations, the vocational and technical college of higher vocational education in China has made rapid development as one of many vocational colleges. Seizing the opportunity of development and making great progress, but also facing the fierce competition from ordinary colleges, similar vocational colleges and private vocational colleges, thus breaking through the traditional management methods and models of the colleges. It is imperative to implement strategic management. Based on the basic theory of strategic management and the current situation of strategic management in the field of higher education, this paper takes the method of combining theory with practice. Based on Porter's five-force model of enterprise strategic management, pest analysis method and SWOT method are used to analyze the development situation and internal and external environment of LD vocational and technical college, and to compare it with its main competitors. Based on the current situation of higher vocational education and economic development, from the point of view of market demand, industry competition and the ability of running schools themselves, this paper sums up the advantages and disadvantages and the opportunities and threats faced by LD vocational and technical colleges in their development. Thus, the general strategy, management strategy and the general goal of running a school are accurately positioned, and corresponding scientific and feasible strategic measures are made according to the existing conditions of running a school.
