【摘要】：高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校是我國高等教育體系的重要組成部分，其定位是既要培養(yǎng)具有扎實(shí)的專業(yè)技能的人才，也要為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)事業(yè)輸送一批具有完善的人格、良好的思想道德和行為習(xí)慣的合格建設(shè)者和接班人。隨著計(jì)劃生育政策的實(shí)行，獨(dú)生子女家庭的比例越來越高。經(jīng)調(diào)查遼寧省內(nèi)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校的獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生約占60.13%。研究高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生的社會責(zé)任感教育問題具有十分重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義，可以幫助他們成長，提高綜合素質(zhì)，促進(jìn)全面發(fā)展，提高高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效性。 高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生具有自我意識強(qiáng)和責(zé)任意識差、獨(dú)立感和依賴性強(qiáng)、優(yōu)越感和挫折感并存的特點(diǎn)，這些都嚴(yán)重影響?yīng)毶优髮W(xué)生的社會責(zé)任感。伴隨時(shí)代發(fā)展的需要、個(gè)人全面發(fā)展和完善的必然要求以及構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的迫切需要，加強(qiáng)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生的社會責(zé)任感教育有其必要性。 通過對遼寧省內(nèi)四所高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校開展問卷調(diào)查和走訪座談，掌握獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生的社會責(zé)任感教育狀況的第一手資料。高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感的主流是健康向上的，但是也存在著社會責(zé)任感缺失的表現(xiàn)，主要原因是高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校人才培養(yǎng)模式的實(shí)用性和功利性、部分獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生缺乏責(zé)任意識、社會環(huán)境中的不良因素對高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生的侵蝕和家庭對獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生社會責(zé)任感教育的忽視等。 新時(shí)期，加強(qiáng)高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生的社會責(zé)任感教育，只有堅(jiān)持立足學(xué)生自身，發(fā)揮學(xué)校、家庭和社會的合力，才能達(dá)到更好的教育效果。高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校的人才培養(yǎng)上要貫徹職業(yè)教育與理想教育并行、技能教育與素質(zhì)教育并重、崗位教育與感恩教育并存的理念，為其提供內(nèi)在支撐。優(yōu)化家庭、學(xué)校和社會的全方位育人環(huán)境，營造和諧的教育氛圍。與此同時(shí)，高等職業(yè)技術(shù)院校獨(dú)生子女大學(xué)生更應(yīng)從自身角度加強(qiáng)社會責(zé)任感教育，如提升自我意識水平，完善感恩和公德意識；加強(qiáng)自我體驗(yàn)，開展社會實(shí)踐鍛煉，，明確角色定位；強(qiáng)調(diào)自我調(diào)控等。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational and technical colleges and universities are an important part of our higher education system. Their orientation is to train talents with solid professional skills and to provide a group of perfect personality for the cause of socialist modernization. Good moral and behavior habits of qualified builders and successors. With the implementation of the one-child policy, the proportion of one-child families is becoming higher and higher. The only child students in higher vocational and technical colleges in Liaoning province accounted for 60.13%. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the education of the social responsibility of the one-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges. It can help them to grow up, improve their comprehensive quality and promote their all-round development. To improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational and technical colleges. Students with only children in higher vocational and technical colleges have the characteristics of strong self-awareness and poor sense of responsibility, strong sense of independence and dependence, and coexistence of superiority and frustration, which seriously affect the social responsibility of students with only children. With the development of the times, it is necessary to strengthen the education of the sense of social responsibility of the one-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges, which is necessary for the overall development and perfection of the individual as well as the urgent need to build a harmonious socialist society. Through the questionnaire survey and interview in four vocational and technical colleges in Liaoning province, the author grasped the first-hand information of the education of the social responsibility of the only child students. The mainstream of the social responsibility of the one-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges is healthy and upward, but there is also a lack of social responsibility, which is mainly due to the practicability and utilitarianism of the talent training model in higher vocational and technical colleges. Some of the only-child students lack the sense of responsibility, the negative factors in the social environment erode the only-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges, and the family neglect the education of the one-child students' social responsibility. In the new period, to strengthen the education of the social responsibility of the one-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges, only by sticking to the students themselves, giving play to the joint forces of school, family and society, can we achieve a better educational effect. It is necessary to carry out the concept of concurrent vocational education and ideal education, equal emphasis on skill education and quality education, and coexistence of post education and Thanksgiving education in higher vocational and technical colleges. Optimize the family, school and social all-round education environment, create a harmonious educational atmosphere. At the same time, the only-child students in higher vocational and technical colleges should strengthen the education of social responsibility from their own perspective, such as raising the level of self-awareness, perfecting the sense of gratitude and public morality, strengthening self-experience, and carrying out social practice exercises. Clear role orientation; emphasize self-regulation and so on.
