【摘要】：當(dāng)今我國(guó)處于高等教育快速發(fā)展的大眾化時(shí)期,高職教育占據(jù)了其半壁江山,此外,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展需要更多的應(yīng)用型人才,這也對(duì)高職教育的發(fā)展提出了改革和提升的要求。頂崗實(shí)習(xí)是高職教育培養(yǎng)技能型人才的一種重要模式,是國(guó)家倡導(dǎo)的、符合高職教育規(guī)律的有效舉措,因此,頂崗實(shí)習(xí)成為當(dāng)前各高職院校普遍采用和重視的人才培養(yǎng)方式。然而,在現(xiàn)實(shí)操作中,頂崗實(shí)習(xí)作為校外實(shí)習(xí)給管理帶來(lái)了很大的難題,如何選擇一種合適、高效的管理方法,如何實(shí)施實(shí)習(xí)管理成為一個(gè)必須思考也值得研究的方向。 目標(biāo)管理作為二十世紀(jì)五十年代著名的激勵(lì)管理理論之一,意在將某一組織的整體目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換為組織單位和每個(gè)成員目標(biāo),并且積極實(shí)現(xiàn)人的自我管理,強(qiáng)調(diào)目標(biāo)和結(jié)果,最大程度發(fā)揮管理效能。本文就力圖從目標(biāo)管理的視角下去探索適合當(dāng)今高職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)管理的有效方式。 本文從目標(biāo)管理的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)及理論框架入手,將目標(biāo)管理的核心思想進(jìn)行了呈現(xiàn)。然后在調(diào)查實(shí)施的基礎(chǔ)上,從目標(biāo)管理視角下指出高職學(xué)生頂崗實(shí)習(xí)管理存在的問(wèn)題,主要從頂崗實(shí)習(xí)前期管理、過(guò)程管理、結(jié)果管理三方面談起。接著對(duì)產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因進(jìn)行分析,筆者認(rèn)為主要有各主體認(rèn)識(shí)不夠、管理難度大、保障條件不足三方面主要原因。 針對(duì)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)管理中存在的問(wèn)題,筆者在目標(biāo)管理視角下對(duì)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)管理的提出了四大優(yōu)化對(duì)策：建立頂崗實(shí)習(xí)管理目標(biāo)體系、有效進(jìn)行實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程管理、科學(xué)評(píng)估實(shí)習(xí)管理、建立管理保障系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, our country is in the period of rapid development of higher education, and higher vocational education has occupied half of it. In addition, the development of economy needs more applied talents, which also puts forward the requirements of reform and promotion for the development of higher vocational education. Job placement practice is an important mode of training skilled talents in higher vocational education, which is advocated by the state and is an effective measure in accordance with the law of higher vocational education. However, in the practical operation, post practice as an outside practice has brought a great problem to the management. How to choose a suitable and efficient management method and how to implement the practice management has become a direction that must be considered and worth studying. Objective management, as one of the famous incentive management theories in the 1950s, aims to transform the whole goal of an organization into an organizational unit and each member's goal, and actively realize the self-management of people, emphasizing goals and results. Maximize management effectiveness. This paper tries to explore an effective way to fit the post practice management of higher vocational students from the perspective of objective management. Starting with the connotation, characteristics and theoretical framework of goal management, this paper presents the core idea of goal management. Then, on the basis of investigation and implementation, this paper points out the problems existing in the management of post placement practice of higher vocational students from the perspective of objective management, mainly from three aspects: early management of post practice, process management and result management. Then the causes of the problems are analyzed. The author thinks that there are three main reasons: insufficient understanding of the main bodies, difficult management and insufficient security conditions. In view of the problems existing in the practice management of the post, the author puts forward four optimized countermeasures for the management of the practice in the perspective of objective management: establishing the target system of the practice management on the post, effectively carrying out the management of the practice process, and scientifically evaluating the practice management. Establish a management support system.
