【摘要】：南京國民政府時期的"全國學(xué)術(shù)工作咨詢處",是近代中國政府關(guān)注大專院校學(xué)生就業(yè)的創(chuàng)舉。"全國學(xué)術(shù)工作咨詢處"借助調(diào)查、登記、介紹、指導(dǎo)等方式,旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)人才"統(tǒng)制"的舉動,以及通過一定措施整合社會力量、聯(lián)絡(luò)國際機(jī)關(guān),意在消彌"人人找事、事事找人"矛盾的作為,折射著政府與有識之士的良好愿望,也給當(dāng)今高校學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的解決留下思考空間。
[Abstract]:The National academic work consultation Office in the period of Nanjing National Government was a pioneering undertaking of the modern Chinese government to pay close attention to the employment of students in colleges and universities. "By means of investigation, registration, introduction, guidance and other means, the National academic work Advisory Office aims to achieve the "control" of talented people, and to integrate social forces through certain measures and to liaise with international organizations, in order to eliminate "everyone looking for a job."The contradictory behavior of finding people in everything reflects the good wishes of the government and the people with insight, and also leaves room for thinking about the solution of the employment problem of college students.
