【摘要】：工廠師徒制就是師徒制在工廠環(huán)境下產(chǎn)生的技能傳承與分享的機制,它繼承了師徒制的精髓,與現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制具有內(nèi)容和方式上的同一性,對現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制在當(dāng)代社會的發(fā)展具有一定借鑒意義,如建立企業(yè)、師傅與徒弟間的可信承諾;加強現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制制度群建設(shè);注重學(xué)徒制層次的提升與工作場所學(xué)習(xí)的價值;建立以權(quán)力機構(gòu)為主體的第三方監(jiān)督機制;建立政府為主、校企學(xué)徒多元化的成本分擔(dān)機制。
[Abstract]:The factory is the inheritance of mentoring mentoring skills in factory environment and sharing mechanism, it inherits the essence of mentoring, has the same contents and methods and modern apprenticeship, with modern apprenticeship in the development of contemporary society significance, such as the establishment of the enterprise, credible commitment and master the apprentice system; strengthen the group construction of modern apprenticeship; focus on Apprenticeship level and workplace learning value; to establish authority as the main body of the third party supervision mechanism; the establishment of government, enterprise diversified cost sharing mechanism of the apprentice.
