【摘要】:作為一個正處于工業(yè)化中期的發(fā)展中國家,我國正從人口大國向人力資源強國邁進。發(fā)達國家的經(jīng)驗表明,處于這個階段的國家對于人才的需求,主要是通過職業(yè)教育來供給的。職業(yè)教育作為我國教育體系的重要組成部分,為我國源源不斷地輸送了大量專業(yè)技術(shù)人才,支撐著國家產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟的蓬勃發(fā)展。職業(yè)教育對我國經(jīng)濟增長具有不可替代的重要作用,研究職業(yè)教育對經(jīng)濟增長的影響,對于充分發(fā)揮職業(yè)教育的經(jīng)濟功能具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文旨在研究我國職業(yè)教育對經(jīng)濟增長的具體影響。首先,本文闡述了選題背景和研究意義,綜述了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果,介紹了研究內(nèi)容及框架,總結(jié)了研究創(chuàng)新與不足。然后,對研究中所要使用的概念進行了界定,并對文中所涉及到的理論進行了介紹。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討了職業(yè)教育與經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系,研究了職業(yè)教育促進經(jīng)濟增長的機理,分析了我國職業(yè)教育促進經(jīng)濟增長的現(xiàn)狀,并與瑞士、日本、英國等發(fā)達國家職業(yè)教育促進經(jīng)濟增長的情況進行了對比分析。接著,根據(jù)我國1992-2011年間的相關(guān)歷史數(shù)據(jù),運用柯布-道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù)、丹尼森系數(shù)法,實證分析了我國職業(yè)教育對經(jīng)濟增長的影響,通過計量經(jīng)濟學軟件測算得到了職業(yè)教育對我國經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻率指標。實證研究結(jié)果有力地說明了職業(yè)教育的重要經(jīng)濟作用,為我國職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持,為制定、完善我國職業(yè)教育促進經(jīng)濟增長的政策提供了必要的理論依據(jù)。最后,針對我國職業(yè)教育體系中存在的問題,結(jié)合實證研究結(jié)果,提出了充分發(fā)揮職業(yè)教育對經(jīng)濟增長促進作用的對策建議,希望借此有助于發(fā)展和完善職業(yè)教育體系,使我國職業(yè)教育充分發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的經(jīng)濟作用。
[Abstract]:As a developing country in the middle of industrialization, China is moving from a large population to a powerful human resources country.The experience of developed countries shows that the demand for talents in countries at this stage is mainly supplied by vocational education.As an important part of China's education system, vocational education has continuously sent a large number of professional and technical personnel to our country, supporting the vigorous development of the national industrial economy.Vocational education plays an irreplaceable role in the economic growth of our country. It is of great practical significance to study the influence of vocational education on economic growth to give full play to the economic function of vocational education.The purpose of this paper is to study the specific impact of vocational education on economic growth in China.First of all, this paper describes the background and significance of the topic, summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad, introduces the research content and framework, summarizes the research innovation and shortcomings.Then, the concepts to be used in the study are defined, and the theory involved in this paper is introduced.Britain and other developed countries in vocational education to promote economic growth were compared and analyzed.Then, according to the relevant historical data from 1992 to 2011, using Cobb-Douglas production function and Denison coefficient method, this paper empirically analyzes the impact of vocational education on economic growth in China.The contribution rate index of vocational education to China's economic growth is obtained by econometrics software.The results of the empirical study powerfully illustrate the important economic role of vocational education, provide data support for the development of vocational education in China, and provide the necessary theoretical basis for formulating and perfecting the policies of vocational education to promote economic growth in China.Finally, in view of the problems existing in the vocational education system of our country, combined with the empirical research results, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to give full play to the role of vocational education in promoting economic growth, hoping to help to develop and perfect the vocational education system.Make our vocational education give full play to its due economic role.
