【摘要】：正醫(yī)學類高職高專院校一般多由中專院校轉(zhuǎn)型而來,大多沒有一定規(guī)模的附屬醫(yī)院,須依靠本地區(qū)的醫(yī)療機構協(xié)同完成教學任務,但學校與醫(yī)院非隸屬關系,僅是在協(xié)議的前提下開展工作[1]。醫(yī)院的參與性、主動性和合作深度均較差,無法有效完成學生的臨床見習和實習安排,故應深化學校和醫(yī)院的合作,發(fā)揮雙方的積極性。因此,重慶醫(yī)藥高等�？茖W校從2009
[Abstract]:In general, higher vocational and technical colleges of orthodox medicine come from the transformation of technical secondary schools. Most of them do not have a certain scale of affiliated hospitals. They have to rely on the cooperation of medical institutions in the region to complete teaching tasks, but the schools and hospitals are not subordinate to each other.Work is carried out only on the terms of an agreement [1].The participation, initiative and depth of cooperation of the hospital are all poor, and the students' clinical probation and practice arrangement can not be completed effectively.
