【摘要】："情景導(dǎo)向教學(xué)模式"是旅游服務(wù)類工作過程系統(tǒng)化課程教學(xué)實(shí)施的一種創(chuàng)新模式,在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生關(guān)注客人情感變化,提高應(yīng)變情景的職業(yè)能力,養(yǎng)成良好的職業(yè)特質(zhì)方面取得了很好的教學(xué)效果。該模式以培養(yǎng)職業(yè)人成就卓越的職業(yè)特質(zhì)為目標(biāo),應(yīng)在學(xué)生知識(shí)、技能的掌握程度,評(píng)價(jià)其情景導(dǎo)向的服務(wù)思維、行為、語言、情感的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。
[Abstract]:"situational teaching mode" is an innovative mode in the teaching of the systematic course of the working process of tourism service. It trains students to pay attention to the change of guest's emotion and to improve their professional ability to adapt to the situation.Good teaching effect has been achieved in fostering good professional characteristics.The aim of this model is to cultivate the outstanding professional characteristics of the professional people, and to evaluate the development of their situational oriented service thinking, behavior, language and emotion at the level of students' mastery of knowledge and skills.
