【摘要】：近年來,職業(yè)教育基礎能力迅速提升,但當前職業(yè)教育還不能完全適應經(jīng)濟社會轉型升級的需要,與職業(yè)院校治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化建設的要求還有很大差距,因此,高職院校二級管理勢在必行。高職院校二級管理體制改革在于促進學校發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)為社會快出人才、多出人才、出好人才的辦學目標。高職院校的發(fā)展不應僅僅停留在現(xiàn)有體制和機制的條框中,應跨越出來,完善自身的分級管理運行模式,逐漸向更高級的類別進行過渡,為國家高校資源增添一份活力和動力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the basic ability of vocational education has been rapidly improved, but the current vocational education can not fully meet the needs of economic and social transformation and upgrading, and there is still a big gap with the requirements of the management system and the modernization of governance capacity of vocational colleges and universities.The two-level management in higher vocational colleges is imperative.The reform of the secondary management system in higher vocational colleges is to promote the development of the school and to realize the goal of running a school quickly, more talents and better talents for the society.The development of higher vocational colleges should not only stay in the frame of the existing system and mechanism, but also should be leapfrogged, perfect their own operation mode of hierarchical management, and gradually transition to a more advanced category, so as to add a vitality and motive force to the resources of national colleges and universities.
