【摘要】：隨著國家對職業(yè)教育的重視，職業(yè)高中與普通高中的招生比例越來越接近，更多的初中畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入職業(yè)高中學(xué)習(xí)，尤其是學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)差、行為習(xí)慣差、組織紀(jì)律觀念差的學(xué)生進(jìn)入職高，涌現(xiàn)出更多的課堂問題行為，而且，形成課堂問題行為的因素也越來越多，課堂問題行為的涌現(xiàn)形式也花樣百出。因此，研究職業(yè)高中學(xué)生課堂問題行為，尋求有效的解決措施也成為必然。 本文以宜賓市商業(yè)職業(yè)中等專業(yè)學(xué)校學(xué)生為研究對象，采用文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、教育實(shí)驗(yàn)研究法等方法，分析職高學(xué)生課堂問題行為現(xiàn)狀，從自身、家庭、學(xué)校、社會等方面探究原因，重點(diǎn)提出了學(xué)校、教師層面的應(yīng)對策略。目的在于幫助職業(yè)高中學(xué)校管理者、教師如何發(fā)現(xiàn)、預(yù)防、面對、處理學(xué)生課堂問題行為，，如何采取有效手段減少學(xué)生課堂問題行為的發(fā)生，為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)秩序、提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量、培養(yǎng)社會需要的技術(shù)型人才提供參考和幫助。 本次研究結(jié)果表明： 學(xué)校合理配置課程、創(chuàng)新教學(xué)模式、為學(xué)生提供施展才能的空間；教師用人格魅力、教學(xué)藝術(shù)來感染學(xué)生，采取正確合理的方法處理課堂問題行為，形成師生互動，完全可以減少，甚至杜絕學(xué)生課堂問題行為的發(fā)生。 希望本次研究，能夠?yàn)槁殬I(yè)高中的教師面對學(xué)生的課堂問題行為，如何采取有效的應(yīng)對措施提供一定的幫助，目的在于如何減少學(xué)生課堂問題行為的發(fā)生，而不是盲目的應(yīng)對學(xué)生的課堂問題行為。只有找到了學(xué)生形成課堂問題行為的原因，才能從根本上解決問題，從而確保職業(yè)高中的教學(xué)水平、學(xué)生素質(zhì)能夠上一個(gè)新臺階。
[Abstract]:With the attention of the country to vocational education, the enrollment ratio of vocational high school and ordinary high school is more and more close. More and more junior high school graduates enter vocational high school, especially the poor learning foundation and bad behavior habits. Students with poor organizational discipline have entered the high school, and more classroom problem behaviors have emerged. Moreover, there are more and more factors forming classroom problem behaviors, and the emergence forms of classroom problem behaviors are also various. It is inevitable to study the classroom problem behavior of vocational high school students and find effective solutions. This paper takes the students of Yibin City Commercial Vocational Secondary School as the research object, adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, educational experiment and so on, analyzes the present situation of the students' classroom problem behavior, from their own, family, school, etc. The aim of this paper is to help the managers of vocational high schools, how to find, prevent, face and deal with students' classroom problems. How to take effective measures to reduce the occurrence of students' classroom problem behavior, to optimize the order of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools, to improve the quality of classroom teaching, and to provide reference and help for the cultivation of technical talents needed by the society. The results of this study indicate that:. The school reasonably allocates the curriculum, innovates the teaching pattern, provides the space for the students to exert their ability, the teacher infects the students with personality charm and teaching art, takes the correct and reasonable method to deal with the classroom problem behavior, forms the teacher-student interaction, Can completely reduce, even eliminate the occurrence of student classroom problem behavior. I hope this study can provide some help for teachers in vocational high school to face the classroom problem behavior of students, how to take effective countermeasures, the purpose is to reduce the occurrence of students' classroom problem behavior. Only by finding the cause of the students' classroom problem behavior can we solve the problem fundamentally and ensure the teaching level of the vocational high school and the quality of the students to a new level.
