高職院校培育工匠精神的價值、困囿與掘進

【摘要】:當(dāng)前對工匠精神的熱議與解讀存在過度泛化和消費的現(xiàn)象。全面、準(zhǔn)確把握現(xiàn)代語境下工匠精神的內(nèi)涵和價值需要從其外在表征和內(nèi)在特質(zhì)兩個層面來剖析。工匠精神所蘊含的專業(yè)精神、職業(yè)理念和價值取向等是高職院校立德樹人的靈魂所依、轉(zhuǎn)型升級的重要推手、軟實力建設(shè)的重要途徑和學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展的重要保障。高職院校培育工匠精神要直面當(dāng)前存在的思想認知誤區(qū)、培養(yǎng)制度缺失、文化氛圍不濃和培育機制不暢等困囿,鍛塑工匠精神核心價值觀,并將其融入思想政治教育、專業(yè)課程教學(xué)、實踐體悟教育、校園文化建設(shè)中進行系統(tǒng)培育。
[Abstract]:There is a phenomenon of overgeneralization and consumption in the current heated discussion and interpretation of the craftsman's spirit. It is necessary to analyze the connotation and value of artisans' spirit in modern context from two aspects: external representation and intrinsic characteristics. Vocational concept and value orientation are the important driving force for the transformation and upgrading of higher vocational colleges. The important ways of soft power construction and the important guarantee of students' career development are: the cultivation of craftsmen spirit in higher vocational colleges should face the existing misunderstanding of ideology and cognition, the lack of training system, the lack of cultural atmosphere and the unobstructed cultivation mechanism, etc. The core values of craftsmen's spirit are molded and integrated into ideological and political education, professional course teaching, practical understanding education, and systematic cultivation in the construction of campus culture.
