【摘要】：企業(yè)集群化發(fā)展是當(dāng)前我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要特征,高職教育的產(chǎn)教融合發(fā)展應(yīng)緊緊把握這一特點(diǎn)來構(gòu)建高職院校與企業(yè)集群之間的互動(dòng)機(jī)制。文章提出從以專業(yè)為紐帶的需求對(duì)接機(jī)制、以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為通道的平臺(tái)共建機(jī)制、以資源為載體的要素融合機(jī)制、以服務(wù)為拓展的能力提升機(jī)制、以反饋為手段的信息傳播機(jī)制等五個(gè)方面,探索建立高職院校與企業(yè)集群之間的開放式互動(dòng)交流機(jī)制,并以金華職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院電動(dòng)工具專業(yè)的實(shí)踐為范例,分析其實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。
[Abstract]:The development of enterprise cluster is an important feature of regional economic development in China. The development of the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education should grasp this characteristic to construct the interactive mechanism between higher vocational colleges and enterprise clusters. This paper explores the establishment of open interactive communication mechanism between higher vocational colleges and enterprise clusters from five aspects: the integration mechanism of elements with resources as carrier, the ability enhancement mechanism with service as expansion, and the information dissemination mechanism with feedback as the means. Taking the practice of electric tools in Jinhua Vocational and Technical College as an example, this paper analyzes the way to realize it.
