【摘要】：湖北正處在加快經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，這個(gè)時(shí)期，人力資本已成為第一資源要素，，是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵保證。近幾年來(lái)，全省高職教育為服務(wù)各地小微企業(yè)提供了重要的人力資源貢獻(xiàn)，為三線(xiàn)城市發(fā)展、推動(dòng)區(qū)域均衡發(fā)展作出了積極的貢獻(xiàn)，在服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中發(fā)揮了不可替代的引領(lǐng)作用，但在適應(yīng)湖北產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)等方面還存在著部分矛盾，在某種程度上阻礙了全省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型的步伐。本文通過(guò)對(duì)湖北高職教育與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整升級(jí)之間的關(guān)系研究、湖北高職教育與區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展適應(yīng)性分析，得出了湖北高職教育與區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基本適應(yīng)，但在專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、社會(huì)服務(wù)功能等方面還需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)的結(jié)論，并力求找出目前高職教育發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題及缺失的功能，在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了相對(duì)應(yīng)的發(fā)展對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Hubei is in the critical period of accelerating economic and social development and upgrading industrial structure. In this period, human capital has become the first resource element and the key guarantee of economic development. In recent years, The province's higher vocational education has provided important contributions of human resources to serving small and micro enterprises in various places, and has made positive contributions to the development of third-tier cities and the promotion of regional balanced development. It has played an irreplaceable leading role in serving the "three rural areas" and the construction of the new countryside, but there are still some contradictions in adapting to the transformation and upgrading of Hubei's industrial structure. This paper studies the relationship between Hubei higher vocational education and industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, and analyzes the adaptability of Hubei higher vocational education and regional industrial development. The conclusion is drawn that higher vocational education in Hubei is basically adapted to the development of regional industry, but it needs to be further strengthened in the aspects of professional structure and social service function, and tries to find out the existing problems and missing functions in the process of development of higher vocational education at present. On this basis, the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward.
