【摘要】：職業(yè)教育是以培養(yǎng)符合職業(yè)或勞動(dòng)環(huán)境所需要的技能型人才為目標(biāo)的一種教育類型。職業(yè)教育作為教育的一種類型,不但能夠傳授知識(shí),而且還對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的發(fā)展具有深遠(yuǎn)的影響。 俗話說(shuō)經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)決定上層建筑,沒有充足的資金保障,職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展注定是緩慢而畸形的,因此研究如何保障職業(yè)教育充足的資金來(lái)源是研究如何發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的前提和根本。 本文從職業(yè)教育的融資角度入手,首先指出職業(yè)教育的幾類資金來(lái)源主體以及各自的出資原因,進(jìn)一步分析由資金主體所構(gòu)成的資金結(jié)構(gòu)模式,然后通過(guò)對(duì)各類融資結(jié)構(gòu)模式特點(diǎn)和優(yōu)劣性的分析和總結(jié)來(lái)研究我國(guó)職業(yè)教育融資模式。接下來(lái)通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)分析指出當(dāng)前我國(guó)職業(yè)教育融資模式所存在的問(wèn)題。最后立足于我國(guó)的客觀現(xiàn)實(shí)和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況提出幾點(diǎn)建議,以期解決我國(guó)當(dāng)前職業(yè)教育模式存在的問(wèn)題,使我國(guó)職業(yè)教育進(jìn)入良性發(fā)展的軌道。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is a type of education aimed at training skilled personnel that meet the needs of the vocational or labor environment. As a type of education, vocational education is not only capable of imparting knowledge, but also beneficial to the economy. The development of society has profound influence. As the saying goes, the economic base determines the superstructure, without adequate financial security, the development of vocational education is doomed to slow and abnormal. Therefore, it is the premise and foundation to study how to develop vocational education. This article starts with the financing angle of vocational education, points out several kinds of sources of funds of vocational education and the reasons for their respective contributions, and further analyzes the capital structure model composed by the main body of funds. Then, through the analysis and summary of the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of financing structure, this paper studies the financing mode of vocational education in China, and then points out the problems existing in the financing mode of vocational education in our country through the data analysis. After that, based on the objective reality and social and economic situation of our country, some suggestions are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in the current vocational education model of our country, and to make the vocational education of our country enter the track of benign development.
