構(gòu)建以職業(yè)崗位群為導向的高職思政課體系

【摘要】:高職思想政治理論課,是高等職業(yè)教育課程的重要組成部分,在高等職業(yè)教育當中占有十分重要的地位,中華民族要實現(xiàn)民族的偉大復興,實現(xiàn)兩個一百年的中國夢,將會越來越凸顯高等職業(yè)院校思政理論課的作用。筆者在長期的教育教學實踐中,深刻的感受到當下的思想政治課存在的問題以及構(gòu)建高職思政課程體系的迫切性。 本文以貴州工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學院為例,采用個案研究法、問卷調(diào)查法等研究方法,在查閱資料和對思政理論課現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析的基礎(chǔ)上,為了從本質(zhì)上解決思政課程設(shè)置與主要職業(yè)崗位群與不對應、思政課程教育與崗位工作過程不對應、思政課程教育不能體現(xiàn)崗位工作的要求、思政課程不符合人才培養(yǎng)的目標等突出問題,提出以職業(yè)崗位群為導向的高職思政體系的構(gòu)建思路。本文以筆者所在的貴州工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學院為研究對象,在思政課程體系構(gòu)建方面已取得相當?shù)某尚。但研究的對象局限性較大,所選取的調(diào)研樣本較小,所得結(jié)論可能并不適用于其他兄弟學校。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political theory course in higher vocational education is an important part of the higher vocational education curriculum. It occupies a very important position in the higher vocational education. The Chinese nation wants to realize the great rejuvenation of the nation and realize the two hundred years Chinese Dream. The role of ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges will be more and more prominent. In the long-term educational and teaching practice, the author deeply feels the problems existing in the current ideological and political course and the urgency of constructing the ideological and political curriculum system in higher vocational education. This paper takes Guizhou Vocational and Technical College of Technology as an example, adopts the method of case study, questionnaire investigation and so on, on the basis of consulting data and investigating and analyzing the present situation of ideological and political theory course. In order to solve the problem of ideological and political curriculum setting and main professional post groups in essence, ideological and political curriculum education and post work process do not correspond, ideological and political curriculum education can not reflect the requirements of post work. The course of ideological and political education is not in line with the goal of talent training and so on. This paper puts forward the idea of constructing the ideological and political system of higher vocational education guided by the vocational post group. This paper takes Guizhou Vocational and Technical College of Technology, where the author is located, as the research object. Considerable achievements have been made in the construction of ideological and political curriculum system, but the object of the study is relatively limited, and the research sample selected is relatively small, so the conclusions may not be applicable to other fraternal schools.
