【摘要】：以深圳職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院口腔醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)專業(yè)探索基于產(chǎn)教融合和職業(yè)實(shí)踐的專業(yè)課程改革為例,針對該新興專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)及核心要素不夠清晰、能力結(jié)構(gòu)不夠合理、課程體系設(shè)計(jì)與課程內(nèi)容不適應(yīng)職業(yè)崗位要求、課程實(shí)施和評價(jià)方式不適應(yīng)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的難題,剖析了專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的核心要素,重構(gòu)了專業(yè)課程體系和教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),推動了專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)及教學(xué)評價(jià)、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面的一系列改革,探索出了一條以口腔醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)專業(yè)為代表的相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)課程建設(shè)的有效路徑,實(shí)現(xiàn)了生物類相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)體系與物理類相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)體系的結(jié)合。對全國高職院�？谇会t(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)等相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)專業(yè)的人才培養(yǎng)具有一定指導(dǎo)意義和推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Taking the stomatology major of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College as an example to explore the reform of professional curriculum based on the integration of industry and teaching and professional practice, the training objectives and core elements of the new specialty are not clear enough, and the ability structure is not reasonable enough. The design of curriculum system and the contents of courses are not suitable for the demands of professional posts, the methods of curriculum implementation and evaluation are not suitable for the problems of personnel training goals, this paper analyzes the core elements of the training goals of professional talents, and reconstructs the professional curriculum system and teaching standards. It has promoted a series of reforms in professional practice teaching and teaching evaluation, teaching staff construction and so on, and has explored an effective path for the construction of relevant medical courses represented by the stomatology specialty. It has realized the combination of teaching system of biology related medicine and physics related medicine teaching system, and has certain guiding significance and popularizing value for personnel training of relevant medical specialty such as stomatology technology in higher vocational colleges of China.
