中職德育課堂教學(xué)中開(kāi)展實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的研究

【摘要】:本研究立足于中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育課程的第三輪改革,根據(jù)新的《中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育課課程教學(xué)大綱》提出“加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié),注重運(yùn)用‘做中學(xué)’的實(shí)踐方法”的要求,轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的傳統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí),以課堂開(kāi)展實(shí)踐活動(dòng)教學(xué)為研究的突破口,在活動(dòng)教學(xué)理念指導(dǎo)下,結(jié)合中職學(xué)生實(shí)際和德育課教學(xué)要求,以實(shí)踐活動(dòng)形式設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施教學(xué),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在實(shí)踐中學(xué)習(xí),實(shí)現(xiàn)“教學(xué)做合一”,做到知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)與能力培養(yǎng)和行為養(yǎng)成相統(tǒng)一,切實(shí)增強(qiáng)德育課教學(xué)的吸引力,提高德育課教學(xué)的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。 在研究中,筆者主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法和案例分析法,以德育課堂實(shí)踐活動(dòng)作為研究著力點(diǎn),在分析實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,理清德育課實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的內(nèi)涵及其特殊性,確定部分德育課實(shí)踐活動(dòng)可以在課堂中實(shí)施,并梳理出課堂實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)基本原則和基本類(lèi)型。通過(guò)調(diào)查分析和案例研究,總結(jié)提煉出德育課堂實(shí)踐活動(dòng)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的基本流程、策略以及德育課堂教學(xué)中有效開(kāi)展實(shí)踐活動(dòng)教學(xué)的策略等,對(duì)德育課堂實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的教學(xué)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)全面的探索。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于針對(duì)當(dāng)前中職德育課缺乏實(shí)踐教學(xué)的問(wèn)題,探索將實(shí)踐活動(dòng)引入課堂教學(xué),,實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)與課堂理論教學(xué)有機(jī)地結(jié)合,以實(shí)踐活動(dòng)形式設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施德育課教學(xué),一方面使學(xué)生親歷或虛擬地親歷某種情境或事件,并獲得相應(yīng)的認(rèn)知和情感的直接經(jīng)驗(yàn),以幫助學(xué)生更好地理解和掌握抽象的理論知識(shí),改變過(guò)去那種“重理論傳授,輕學(xué)生實(shí)踐”的教學(xué)方式;另一方面通過(guò)開(kāi)展豐富的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),把德育課教學(xué)與學(xué)生生活、職業(yè)活動(dòng)相結(jié)合,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),提高學(xué)生多方面的能力,發(fā)揮學(xué)生主體作用,改變過(guò)去那種單純地以理論講授為主的教學(xué)形式,構(gòu)建德育課理論教學(xué)內(nèi)容和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)形式相結(jié)合的新教學(xué)形式。
[Abstract]:Based on the third round reform of moral education curriculum in secondary vocational schools, this study puts forward the requirement of "strengthening the practice link and paying attention to the practice method of 'doing and learning'" according to the new syllabus of moral Education in Secondary Vocational Schools. To change the traditional understanding of practical teaching, to carry out practical activity teaching in classroom as a breakthrough, under the guidance of activity teaching concept, to design and implement teaching in the form of practical activities in combination with the practical and moral teaching requirements of secondary vocational school students. To guide students to study in practice, to realize "integration of teaching and doing", to unify knowledge learning with ability training and behavior formation, to enhance the attraction of moral education teaching, and to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of moral education teaching. In the research, the author mainly adopts the literature research method, the investigation research method and the case analysis method, takes the moral education classroom practice activity as the research focus, on the basis of the analysis practice activity cognition, This paper clarifies the connotation and particularity of the practical activities of moral education, determines that some practical activities of moral education can be carried out in the classroom, and combs out the basic design principles and basic types of the practical activities in the classroom. This paper summarizes and abstracts the basic process of practical teaching design of moral education classroom, strategies and strategies of effectively carrying out practical activity teaching in moral education classroom teaching, and makes a systematic and comprehensive exploration on the teaching of practical activities in moral education classroom. The innovation of this paper lies in the lack of practical teaching in moral education in secondary vocational schools at present, exploring the introduction of practical activities into classroom teaching, and realizing the organic combination of practical activities and classroom theoretical teaching. The design and implementation of moral education teaching in the form of practical activities, on the one hand, enables students to experience a certain situation or event in person or in a virtual way, and obtains the corresponding direct experience of cognition and emotion. In order to help students to better understand and master abstract theoretical knowledge, to change the teaching method of "emphasizing theory teaching rather than students' practice" in the past; on the other hand, by carrying out rich practical activities, the teaching of moral education should be combined with students' life. Combining professional activities to stimulate students' learning motivation, improve students' ability in various aspects, give play to the role of students as the main body, and change the teaching form that used to be purely theoretical teaching. Construct the new teaching form which combines the theory teaching content and the practice activity form of moral education course.
