【摘要】：目前,我國民辦高職院校進(jìn)入處于快速發(fā)展期,而且它已成為高等教育體系中的重要組成部分。與此同時(shí),民辦高職院校在辦學(xué)過程中也遇到了許多的挑戰(zhàn),如國家政策、辦學(xué)質(zhì)量、課程設(shè)置創(chuàng)新等方面,尤其是民辦高職院校的人才培養(yǎng)和就業(yè)質(zhì)量問題,更成為了影響民辦高職院校未來發(fā)展必須解決的首要問題。 近年來,隨著我國高等院校的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,高校畢業(yè)生的畢業(yè)數(shù)量在逐年增加,就業(yè)形勢(shì)十分嚴(yán)峻,而民辦高職院校畢業(yè)生由于自身的劣勢(shì),在畢業(yè)求職的過程中會(huì)面臨比其他高等院校畢業(yè)生更大的壓力。所以,本課題試圖從培養(yǎng)高職院校學(xué)生樹立正確的職業(yè)理想和就業(yè)自信心入手研究,從政府、社會(huì)、學(xué)校、個(gè)人等方面分析民辦高職院校大學(xué)生就業(yè)中所面臨的問題,最后就民辦高職院校的就業(yè)問題提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,幫助高職院校畢業(yè)生實(shí)現(xiàn)順利就業(yè)。 本論文主要包括以下三部分內(nèi)容： 第一部分,緒論。主要介紹了本論文選題的意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、主要內(nèi)容、研究思路與方法和解決的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分,分析我國高職院校大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的形勢(shì)及其原因。主要從國家政策、高職院校和高職畢業(yè)生三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析和闡述。第三部分,提出了民辦高職院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)信心和就業(yè)質(zhì)量的思路和對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:At present, the private vocational colleges in our country are in the period of rapid development, and it has become an important part of the higher education system. At the same time, the private higher vocational colleges have also met many challenges in the process of running a school, such as the national policy. The quality of running a school, the innovation of curriculum, especially the quality of talents training and employment in private higher vocational colleges have become the most important problems that must be solved in the future development of private vocational colleges. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities in China, the number of college graduates is increasing year by year, and the employment situation is very serious. In the process of graduation and employment, it will face more pressure than other college graduates. Therefore, this paper tries to start with the training of vocational college students to set up the correct professional ideal and employment self-confidence, from the government, society, school, In this paper, the author analyzes the problems in the employment of private vocational college students, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to help the graduates of the private higher vocational colleges to obtain employment smoothly. This thesis mainly includes the following three parts:. The first part is the introduction. It mainly introduces the significance, the research status, the main contents, the research ideas and methods, the key points and the innovation points of this thesis. This paper analyzes the situation and causes of the employment of students in higher vocational colleges in China. It mainly analyzes and expounds the situation from three aspects of national policy, higher vocational colleges and graduates. The third part, This paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of employment confidence and employment quality of graduates of private higher vocational colleges.
