【摘要】：現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系的構(gòu)建是職業(yè)教育改革和發(fā)展的方向,在構(gòu)建的過程中,必須厘清三個(gè)問題,需要構(gòu)建三大關(guān)系,只有明確這三大關(guān)系,才能構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化的職業(yè)教育體系。具體而言:第一,技術(shù)與技能的關(guān)系,也就是技術(shù)教育與技能教育的內(nèi)涵問題。技能是一種過程性技術(shù),是以人為載體的人化技術(shù),二者之間是伴生、互動(dòng)關(guān)系,技能不是技術(shù)的低級(jí)形態(tài),其有自身的發(fā)展層次和規(guī)律。二者對(duì)應(yīng)的教育——技能教育與技術(shù)教育均為職業(yè)教育的不同類型,而非不同層次。第二,經(jīng)驗(yàn)與策略的關(guān)系,即中職與高職的異同。中職與高職是職業(yè)教育的不同層次,中職教育側(cè)重于經(jīng)驗(yàn)技能的培養(yǎng),高職教育側(cè)重于策略技能的培養(yǎng),技能的增長(zhǎng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致職業(yè)教育發(fā)展空間的上升。第三,教育內(nèi)容和教育目標(biāo)的關(guān)系,也就是職業(yè)教育與普通教育的等值問題。職業(yè)教育與普通教育是同層次的不同教育類型,職業(yè)教育跨越學(xué)校教育的范疇,超越普通教育的認(rèn)知、規(guī)范及評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),職業(yè)教育與普通教育一樣是不可替代的,二者既應(yīng)該在形式上是等值的,在價(jià)值與社會(huì)地位上也應(yīng)該是等值的。
[Abstract]:The construction of modern vocational education system is the direction of vocational education reform and development. First, the relationship between technology and skill, that is, the connotation of technical education and skill education. The relationship between them is concomitant, interactive, skill is not a low-level form of technology, it has its own level of development and law. The corresponding education--skill education and technical education are different types of vocational education, not different levels. Second, The relationship between experience and strategy, that is, the similarities and differences between secondary vocational education and higher vocational education, is the different levels of vocational education. The secondary vocational education focuses on the cultivation of experience and skills, and higher vocational education focuses on the cultivation of strategic skills. The increase of skills will lead to a rise in the development space of vocational education. Third, the relationship between educational content and educational objectives, that is, the equivalence between vocational education and general education. Vocational education and general education are different types of education at the same level. Vocational education transcends the scope of school education, transcends the cognition, norms and evaluation standards of general education. Vocational education and general education are irreplaceable, both of which should be equivalent in form. Value and social status should also be equivalent.
