基于學(xué)生需求的我國(guó)高職專升本政策問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段將面臨建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)、構(gòu)建終身學(xué)習(xí)體系這一重要的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù),這將成為我國(guó)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和小康社會(huì)建設(shè)的重要組成部分,同時(shí)也給我國(guó)教育領(lǐng)域的變革和發(fā)展帶來(lái)新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),并將促進(jìn)我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式,加快建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國(guó)家,離不開(kāi)職業(yè)教育培養(yǎng)的技術(shù)和技能人才。當(dāng)前,為提高我國(guó)廣大勞動(dòng)者的素質(zhì),切實(shí)推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè),必須將重視和發(fā)展職業(yè)教育作為我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)全面高速發(fā)展的首要任務(wù)和重要手段,,這就要求我們必須更加重視建立職業(yè)教育體系。 發(fā)展我國(guó)普通高校專升本教育,不僅是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步的要求,也是高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程中對(duì)高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)、高等教育類型多樣化要求的必然選擇,更是構(gòu)建靈活開(kāi)放的終身教育體系,搭建終身學(xué)習(xí)“立交橋“的重要舉措。 本文在教育學(xué)基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從高職學(xué)生需求的角度對(duì)我國(guó)高職專升本政策進(jìn)行研究,并基于高職學(xué)生的需求對(duì)專升本政策的合理性進(jìn)行分析。本文的研究企圖為教育公平理論、高等教育大眾化理論和勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)分割理論提供新的實(shí)證證明和經(jīng)驗(yàn)上的理論解釋,同時(shí)本研究能為高職學(xué)生專升本政策的制定者進(jìn)行正確的決策提供參考和幫助,從而引導(dǎo)社會(huì)教育資源的正確流向和合理配置,并促進(jìn)終身教育體系和學(xué)習(xí)立交橋的構(gòu)建。 本研究的關(guān)鍵之處是以教育學(xué)基本理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法和實(shí)證調(diào)查法,通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)中央以及地方專升本政策的相關(guān)政策文本、文件、國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者關(guān)于專升本政策的研究專著、論文、等文獻(xiàn)資料進(jìn)行整理,對(duì)專升本政策的歷史演變與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面的梳理;通過(guò)對(duì)高職學(xué)生和參加過(guò)專升本考試已經(jīng)進(jìn)入本科階段學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生這兩類與專升本政策相關(guān)的群體進(jìn)行調(diào)查,了解他們對(duì)專升本政策的看法,通過(guò)對(duì)高職學(xué)生專升本的需求分析,提出專升本政策的改革建議。 本文的研究表明,高職學(xué)生在對(duì)專升本升學(xué)途徑、專升本比例、專升本接收院校以及報(bào)考專業(yè)方面表現(xiàn)出強(qiáng)烈的需求,現(xiàn)行的專升本政策與學(xué)生的需求之間存在差距和矛盾。本文提出健全和完善高職專升本政策的建議,將有利于我國(guó)高素質(zhì)應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)和普通高等教育與職業(yè)教育之間實(shí)現(xiàn)良性溝通,同時(shí)也能促使我國(guó)設(shè)立更加合理完善的現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育體系,并對(duì)我國(guó)和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)、終身教育體系的構(gòu)建產(chǎn)生重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:At this stage, our country will be faced with the important strategic task of building a learning society and a lifelong learning system, which will become an important part of our modernization and the construction of a well-off society. At the same time, it will also bring new opportunities and challenges to the reform and development in the field of education in China, and will promote the development of education in our country, accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development, and speed up the construction of an innovative country. At present, in order to improve the quality of the vast number of workers in our country and to effectively promote the modernization drive, It is necessary to attach importance to and develop vocational education as the first task and important means to realize the rapid development of economy and society in our country, which requires us to pay more attention to the establishment of vocational education system. It is not only the requirement of economic development and social progress, but also the inevitable choice of the higher education structure and the diversification of higher education types in the process of popularization of higher education. It is also an important measure to build a flexible and open lifelong education system and an overpass for lifelong learning. Based on the basic theory of pedagogy, this paper studies the policy of higher vocational college promotion from the point of view of the demand of higher vocational students. This paper attempts to provide new empirical proof and empirical theoretical explanation for the theory of educational equity, the theory of higher education popularization and the theory of labor market segmentation. At the same time, this study can provide reference and help for the policy makers of higher vocational college students to make correct decision, so as to guide the correct direction and rational allocation of social education resources, and promote the construction of lifelong education system and learning overpass. The key point of this study is based on the basic theory of pedagogy, using the method of literature research and empirical investigation, through the relevant policy texts, documents, Domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the policy of monographs, papers, and other documents to sort out the historical evolution of the policy and the current situation of a comprehensive comb; Through the investigation of the higher vocational students and the students who have entered the undergraduate stage of studying in the undergraduate level examination, the two groups related to the undergraduate promotion policy are investigated to find out their views on the undergraduate promotion policy. Based on the analysis of the demand of higher vocational college students, the paper puts forward the reform suggestions of the policy. The research in this paper shows that higher vocational students have a strong demand on the way of higher vocational education, the proportion of higher vocational students, the receiving colleges of higher vocational college and the major of applying for entrance examination. There is a gap and contradiction between the current policy and the needs of the students. It will be beneficial to the cultivation of high-quality applied talents and the healthy communication between ordinary higher education and vocational education. At the same time, it will also promote the establishment of a more reasonable and perfect modern vocational education system and the construction of a harmonious society in our country. The construction of lifelong education system has important theoretical and practical significance.
