論高職院校師資隊伍整合的出發(fā)點及路徑

【摘要】:師資整合對高職院校發(fā)展、人才培養(yǎng)至關重要,基于師資整合根本目標逐步強化師資隊伍培養(yǎng)體系,全面走向專業(yè)化建設。遵循和關注個性化發(fā)展思路,打造教師可持續(xù)發(fā)展路線。圍繞教師本身角色特征,推動教師心理素質、個人魅力以及抗壓能力培養(yǎng)。依托師資職稱標準體系,借鑒國際一流師資隊伍發(fā)展經(jīng)驗以及高效合理的激勵機制,減少師資整合的內在困境,加速師資整合工作的開展。
[Abstract]:The integration of teachers is very important to the development of higher vocational colleges and talents training. Based on the fundamental goal of teacher integration, we should gradually strengthen the training system of teachers, and move towards the construction of specialization in an all-round way, and follow and pay attention to the idea of individualized development. Build a sustainable development line of teachers. Around the characteristics of teachers' own role, promote the cultivation of teachers' psychological quality, personal charm and ability to resist pressure. Rely on the standard system of teachers' professional title. Drawing lessons from the international first-class teachers' development experience and efficient and reasonable incentive mechanism to reduce the inherent predicament of teachers' integration and accelerate the development of teachers' integration.
