【摘要】：中等職業(yè)教育是我國(guó)教育體系的一個(gè)重要組成部分，對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)發(fā)展起著重要的作用。中職院校承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)面向生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理和服務(wù)第一線需要的高素質(zhì)勞動(dòng)者和初、中級(jí)技能型人才的重任。這就要求中職院校對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行全面的教育，不僅要傳授學(xué)生理論知識(shí)、職業(yè)技能和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)，更要加強(qiáng)他們的職業(yè)道德教育。加強(qiáng)中職生的職業(yè)道德教育，是社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展的需要，是各行業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的需要，也是中職生就業(yè)和全面發(fā)展的客觀需要。然而受諸多因素的影響，中職生職業(yè)道德教育也存在著一定的問(wèn)題，影響了中職生職業(yè)道德教育的效果，制約著中等職業(yè)院校的發(fā)展。為此，本人在系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合理論研究和實(shí)踐調(diào)查，綜合多方因素，針對(duì)南昌市中職生職業(yè)道德教育存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。 本文主要從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述：第一章闡明了選題的背景與研究意義，梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀，提出了本文研究的基本思路，介紹了本文研究的方法。第二章界定了與中職生職業(yè)道德教育相關(guān)的基本概念，論述了馬克思關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展理論、科爾伯格的道德認(rèn)知發(fā)展理論、主體性教育理論、建構(gòu)主義理論、終身教育理論、多元智能理論等理論基礎(chǔ)，同時(shí)提出了中職生職業(yè)道德教育的必要性。第三章采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談?wù){(diào)查相結(jié)合，分別南昌市三所中職院校進(jìn)行調(diào)查，通過(guò)整理和分析調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù)，歸納出南昌市中職生職業(yè)道德教育的現(xiàn)狀，最后從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、學(xué)生等角度對(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。第四章結(jié)合上述幾章的理論研究、調(diào)查結(jié)果和問(wèn)題分析，提出了加強(qiáng)中職生職業(yè)道德教育的對(duì)策。 通過(guò)研究，本文認(rèn)為應(yīng)該社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校三位一體，優(yōu)化中職生職業(yè)道德教育環(huán)境；應(yīng)該引入企業(yè)文化，提高中職生職業(yè)道德教育實(shí)效性；應(yīng)該改革中等職業(yè)院校職業(yè)道德課程；應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)中職院校師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，提高教師自身的職業(yè)道德素質(zhì)等，，以提高南昌市中職生職業(yè)道德教育針對(duì)性和有效性，促進(jìn)中職院校健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of our educational system, which plays an important role in the social development of our country. Management and service of the first line of high-quality workers and junior, intermediate skilled personnel of the important task, which requires secondary vocational colleges to carry out comprehensive education for students, not only to teach students theoretical knowledge. Vocational skills and production technology should strengthen their professional ethics education. Strengthening vocational ethics education of secondary vocational students is the need of the harmonious development of society and the needs of sustained and healthy development of various industries. It is also the objective need of employment and all-round development of secondary vocational students. However, due to the influence of many factors, there are some problems in vocational ethics education of vocational school students, which affect the effect of vocational ethics education. It restricts the development of secondary vocational colleges. Therefore, on the basis of systematic research, combined with theoretical research and practical investigation, the author synthesizes various factors. This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems of professional ethics education of secondary vocational students in Nanchang city. This paper mainly from four aspects of the detailed elaboration: the first chapter clarified the background and significance of the topic, combed the domestic and foreign related research status, and put forward the basic ideas of this study. The second chapter defines the basic concepts related to the vocational ethics education of secondary vocational school students, discusses Marx's theory on the overall development of human beings, and Colberg's theory of moral cognitive development. The main body education theory, the constructivism theory, the lifelong education theory, the multiple intelligence theory and so on theory foundation. At the same time, the author puts forward the necessity of vocational ethics education of secondary vocational school students. The third chapter uses questionnaire and interview investigation to investigate three secondary vocational colleges in Nanchang city, and through collating and analyzing the survey data. Summed up the status quo of professional ethics education of secondary vocational students in Nanchang City, and finally analyzed the current situation from the perspectives of society, schools, students and so on. Chapter 4th combined with the above chapters of the theoretical research, investigation results and problem analysis. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the professional ethics education of secondary vocational school students. Through the research, this article thinks that should the society, the family, the school trinity, optimizes the secondary vocational school student professional ethics education environment; Enterprise culture should be introduced to improve the effectiveness of vocational ethics education for secondary vocational school students. The curriculum of professional ethics in secondary vocational colleges should be reformed; In order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of professional ethics education of secondary vocational school students in Nanchang City, we should strengthen the construction of teachers' team and improve the professional ethics quality of teachers in secondary vocational colleges and universities, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of secondary vocational colleges and universities.
