【摘要】：隨著我國社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，其科技、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化和藝術(shù)已完全納入到了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化之中，創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是全球化環(huán)境中重要的新經(jīng)濟(jì)力量之一，，并已成為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和滿足人民需求的重要支柱。藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)是創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要部分，而創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)人才的培養(yǎng)是創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展之本。 本文主要在分析我國當(dāng)前創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的本質(zhì)特征和創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)人員應(yīng)該具備的素質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上，實(shí)地調(diào)查企業(yè)技能需求和學(xué)生技能供給差距，分析創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)高職藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)人才的需求，明確高職藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)人才在創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)中的定位。而高職藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀及所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)主要集中表現(xiàn)在人才培養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)定位，教學(xué)理念的改革與實(shí)施，課程體系與課程內(nèi)容，教學(xué)管理機(jī)制，專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)，雙師素質(zhì)的教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)等方面都存在諸多不足，本文提出了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)背景下高職培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)造性、高素質(zhì)、復(fù)合型藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)人才的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, its science and technology, economy, culture and art have been fully integrated into the global economic integration. Creative industry is one of the important new economic forces in the global environment. Art design is an important part of creative industry, and the cultivation of creative design talents is the foundation of creative industry development. Based on the analysis of the essential characteristics of the current creative industry and the qualities that the creative designers should possess, this paper investigates the gap between the skills demand of enterprises and the supply of students' skills. This paper analyzes the demand of creative industry for the talents of art design in higher vocational education. It is clear that the position of art design professionals in creative industries in higher vocational colleges, while the present situation and challenges of talent training in art design major in higher vocational colleges are mainly focused on the target orientation of talent training. There are many deficiencies in the reform and implementation of teaching concept, curriculum system and content, teaching management mechanism, professional practice teaching and the construction of teaching team with double teachers' qualities. This paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of cultivating creative, high quality and complex talents of art design in higher vocational colleges under the background of creative industry.
