【摘要】:培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型一線勞動者的職業(yè)教育與培養(yǎng)研究型人才的普通教育相比較,應(yīng)該更加重視價(jià)值觀教育的正確實(shí)施,這是國家和諧發(fā)展的根本,其培養(yǎng)直接影響到國家人力資源的整體質(zhì)量以及公民的整體修養(yǎng),普通中學(xué)生與中職生相比較,前者的學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)試是單純的學(xué)習(xí)生活,后者是正在發(fā)展和成長中的未成年人。要引導(dǎo)他們形成陽光開朗、正確的價(jià)值觀念,他們需要來自于學(xué)校、家庭及社會給予他們更多的關(guān)愛,用來照亮自己未來的光明大道,努力正面地對待職業(yè)與生活,家庭與社會。中職院校旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生既有著一般中職生的特點(diǎn),又比他們更活潑與熱情,他們有很強(qiáng)烈的個(gè)性,更加符合旅游專業(yè)的需求。中國的旅游業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,業(yè)界人才從沒有到有,然后逐漸增多,產(chǎn)業(yè)的形象愈發(fā)明朗,規(guī)模也在不斷壯大,產(chǎn)業(yè)地位不斷提升,間接對經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的影響不斷變大。旅游業(yè)作為一項(xiàng)具有代表性的服務(wù)行業(yè),需要很多人才,其業(yè)務(wù)的進(jìn)行是一項(xiàng)很復(fù)雜的工作,從業(yè)人員的素質(zhì)與價(jià)值觀對旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展有著很大的影響。企業(yè)選人、用人的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是是否對職業(yè)忠誠、是否有責(zé)任感、是否有專業(yè)進(jìn)取與創(chuàng)新精神、是否有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作與職業(yè)規(guī)范等職業(yè)道德。中職院校旅游專業(yè)承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)一線旅游人才的任務(wù),對提高學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì),提升我國旅游服務(wù)質(zhì)量有著很大的責(zé)任。職業(yè)教育課程的核心是價(jià)值觀教育,它應(yīng)不斷強(qiáng)化提高。社會轉(zhuǎn)型期價(jià)值觀的多樣化,獨(dú)生子女這一特定身份,以及物質(zhì)生活水平的逐漸上升,使學(xué)生處于多重選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的矛盾之中,現(xiàn)在中職教育關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)之一就是如何進(jìn)行正確的價(jià)值觀教育,這也是整個(gè)教育需要面對的一項(xiàng)嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。目前,我省有近百所中等職業(yè)學(xué)校開辦了旅游專業(yè),每年有上千名畢業(yè)生走進(jìn)旅游這個(gè)行業(yè),因此很有必要開展中職院校旅游專業(yè)學(xué)生的價(jià)值觀教育研究。 本文首先闡明了研究的背景、目的和意義、研究的內(nèi)容、方法和思路,然后進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)回顧,找到本文研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和理論基礎(chǔ)。本文進(jìn)行了中職院校旅游專業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育調(diào)查,擬定了調(diào)查問卷,并對調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。本文嘗試提出中職院校旅游專業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的實(shí)施對策,包括明確價(jià)值觀教育的目的,價(jià)值觀教育方法的多元化,價(jià)值觀教育綜合性的考核。本文提出中職院校旅游專業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的保障措施,包括開設(shè)教育課程,建立旅游價(jià)值觀教育平臺;利用多維環(huán)境,拓展旅游價(jià)值觀教育空間;提高旅游教師素質(zhì)。 本文的研究對于中職院校旅游專業(yè),以及我國其他專業(yè)中職生價(jià)值觀教育的發(fā)展,是一個(gè)有益的促進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Compared with the general education of cultivating research-oriented talents, the vocational education of practical front-line workers should pay more attention to the correct implementation of the education of values, which is the basis of the harmonious development of the country. Its cultivation has a direct impact on the overall quality of national human resources and the overall accomplishment of citizens. Compared with secondary vocational students, the former is a simple study life. The latter are minors who are developing and growing. To lead them to form sunny and cheerful, correct values, they need to come from school, family and society to give them more care. Used to illuminate their own future bright road, try to face the occupation and life, family and society. Secondary vocational college tourism students have the characteristics of the general vocational students, but also more lively and enthusiastic than them. They have a strong personality, more in line with the needs of tourism professionals. China's tourism industry has developed rapidly, industry talent has never been there, and then gradually increased, the image of the industry is becoming clearer, and the scale is growing. As a representative service industry, tourism needs a lot of talents, and its business is a very complex work. The quality and values of employees have a great impact on the development of tourism. The important criteria for enterprises to choose and employ people are whether they are loyal to their profession, whether they have a sense of responsibility, whether they have the spirit of professional enterprising and innovative. Whether there are professional ethics such as teamwork and professional norms. The tourism specialty of secondary vocational colleges undertakes the task of cultivating front-line tourism talents to improve the comprehensive quality of students. The core of vocational education curriculum is value education, which should be strengthened continuously. The diversity of values in the social transition period, the one-child identity. As well as the gradual rise in the standard of material life, students are in the contradiction of multiple standards of choice. Now, one of the hot spots of secondary vocational education is how to carry out the correct education of values. This is also a severe challenge for the whole education. At present, nearly 100 secondary vocational schools in our province have opened tourism major, and thousands of graduates enter the tourism industry every year. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a study on the value education of tourism majors in secondary vocational colleges. This paper first expounds the background, purpose and significance of the study, the content, methods and ideas of the study, and then carries out a literature review. To find the starting point and theoretical basis of this study. This paper carried out a secondary vocational college tourism professional values education survey, developed a questionnaire. This paper tries to put forward the implementation countermeasures of tourism professional value education in secondary vocational colleges, including the purpose of value education and the diversity of value education methods. This paper puts forward the guarantee measures of tourism professional value education in secondary vocational colleges, including setting up educational courses and establishing the educational platform of tourism values; Using multidimensional environment to expand the educational space of tourism values; Improve the quality of tourism teachers. The research in this paper is a beneficial promotion to the development of the value education of the secondary vocational college tourism major and other vocational school students in our country.
