【摘要】:佛山市正處于調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)、推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和發(fā)展新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。然而,在加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過程中,不少企業(yè)出現(xiàn)了招工難,尤其是技能人才難招、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)人才短缺,人才結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等突出問題,技能人才的短缺成為制約產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的障礙。大力發(fā)展職業(yè)教育,是我國(guó)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的迫切需要,特別是面對(duì)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,如何快速高效地培養(yǎng)出合適的技能人才,而“校企合作”正是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)最有效的途徑。雖然佛山很多中等職業(yè)學(xué)校都開展了校企合作,也取得了一定的成績(jī),,但是仍存在校企合作不夠深入,合作模式單一,合作關(guān)系不長(zhǎng)久等困境。校企合作沒有形成長(zhǎng)效的機(jī)制,原因是中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的實(shí)力和辦學(xué)水平有待提升,企業(yè)缺乏參與合作的熱情,校企合作缺乏相關(guān)政策和制度的支撐等諸多因素。 本文以產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)對(duì)技能人才的需求調(diào)研為切入點(diǎn),采用文獻(xiàn)法、數(shù)據(jù)分析法、問卷調(diào)查訪談法和比較法等方法展開深入的研究。本文主要分五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行闡述:第一章導(dǎo)論。說明選題的緣由和研究的意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的研究狀況進(jìn)行概述,說明研究方法,界定相關(guān)研究概念;第二章闡述了佛山中等職業(yè)教育實(shí)行校企合作的理論依據(jù)和意義;第三章對(duì)佛山中等職業(yè)學(xué)校實(shí)施校企合作的形勢(shì)及現(xiàn)狀分析;第四章通過比較國(guó)內(nèi)外職業(yè)學(xué)校校企合作的差異,介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外校企合作的案例,總結(jié)出校企合作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及啟示;第五章:通過全面的論證,歸納總結(jié)出在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)背景下佛山中等職業(yè)教育實(shí)施校企合作的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Foshan is in the key period of adjusting industrial structure, stabilizing economic growth, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and developing new industries. However, in the process of speeding up the adjustment of industrial structure, many enterprises have difficulties in recruiting jobs. Especially, the shortage of skilled talents, the shortage of talents in new industries, the irrational structure of talents and other outstanding problems, the shortage of skilled personnel has become the obstacle of restricting the industrial transformation and upgrading, and vigorously develop vocational education. It is the urgent need for our country to adjust the industrial structure and develop the economy, especially in the face of the development of new industries, how to quickly and efficiently train the appropriate skilled personnel. "School-enterprise cooperation" is the most effective way to achieve this goal. Although many secondary vocational schools in Foshan have carried out school-enterprise cooperation, they have also made some achievements, but there is still not enough school-enterprise cooperation. Cooperation between schools and enterprises has not formed a long-term mechanism, because the strength and level of secondary vocational schools need to be improved, and enterprises lack enthusiasm to participate in cooperation. School-enterprise cooperation lacks the support of relevant policies and systems, and many other factors. In this paper, the industrial transformation and upgrading of the demand for skilled personnel as a starting point, the use of literature, data analysis. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is an introduction to explain the reason of the topic and the significance of the study, and summarize the research situation at home and abroad. Explain the research methods and define the related research concepts; The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis and significance of the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational education in Foshan. The third chapter analyzes the current situation and current situation of the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation in Foshan secondary vocational school. Chapter 4th compares the differences of the cooperation between domestic and foreign vocational schools, introduces the cases of the cooperation between schools and enterprises at home and abroad, and sums up the experience and enlightenment of the cooperation between schools and enterprises. Chapter 5th: through a comprehensive demonstration, summed up the Foshan secondary vocational education under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading of the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation countermeasures and suggestions.
