【摘要】:模具技術(shù)已成為衡量一個國家工業(yè)產(chǎn)品制造水平高低的重要標志之一。加入世界貿(mào)易組織(WTO)后,中國逐步變成“世界制造中心”。市場對模具技術(shù)人才特別是高技能模具應用型人才的需求增加,從而使高職院校中模具設(shè)計與制造專業(yè)得到了較大的發(fā)展,為人才市場輸送了大量的模具技術(shù)人才‘。企業(yè)反映這些畢業(yè)生主要存在的問題是上手慢,企業(yè)還要花較大力氣進行培訓。究其原因主要是目前高職教育仍在很大程度上借鑒原學歷教育的培養(yǎng)模式,忽視應用能力的培養(yǎng)。 根據(jù)高職院校的教學培養(yǎng)目標及市場與學校、學生的實際,對模具設(shè)計與制造專業(yè)的教學改革進行了探索。以“對準崗位設(shè)課程,對準實踐抓教學”的思路來設(shè)計學生的知識、能力、素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)和培養(yǎng)方案,從教學計劃、課程設(shè)置、教學內(nèi)容到教學方法和教學手段等多方面進行了改革和創(chuàng)新。“重點在實踐教學”,加大和提高了實驗、大作業(yè)、課程實訓、畢業(yè)設(shè)計、頂崗實習等實踐教學環(huán)節(jié)的教學量和質(zhì)量,讓學生參與體驗整套模具“產(chǎn)品分析—模具設(shè)計—模具制造—模具裝配—試模、調(diào)試—加工產(chǎn)品”的完整過程,使學生在實踐能力、自學能力、團隊精神以及應用新知識、新技術(shù)的能力等綜合素質(zhì)方面得到了培養(yǎng)和鍛煉。這就有效地提高了學生綜合素質(zhì)和應用能力,從而提高了畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)率。使大部分學生到企業(yè)工作時,在專業(yè)對口崗位上很快就能上崗工作,得到了用人單位好評。
[Abstract]:Die technology has become one of the important symbol to measure the level of a national manufacturing industry products. The accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), Chinese has gradually become a "world manufacturing center". The market for mold technical personnel especially high skilled applied talents of the mold demand increases, so that the mold design and manufacturing specialty in higher vocational colleges are a larger development, conveying a large number of mold technology talent for the talent market. Enterprises reflect these graduates is the main problems started slow, but also spend great effort to enterprise training. The reason is mainly the current vocational education is still largely from the original training mode of education, ignoring cultivation of the application ability.
According to higher vocational colleges teaching objectives and market and the school, students practice, explores the teaching reform of the specialty of mould design and manufacture. In order to "post alignment curriculum, grasping the teaching practice on" ideas to the design of students' knowledge, ability and quality structure and training programs, curriculum, from the teaching plan. Teaching content, teaching methods and teaching means and other aspects of reform and innovation. "Focus on practical teaching, increase and improve the experimental work, training courses, graduation design, teaching content and quality of internships and other practice teaching, let students participate in the experience of the whole mold - mold design - Product analysis mold manufacturing mould assembly, test mode, the complete process of debugging - processing products, so that students in practical ability, self-learning ability, team spirit and application of new knowledge, new technology comprehensive ability In terms of quality, we have been trained and exercised. This effectively improves the comprehensive quality and application ability of students, thereby improving the employment rate of graduates. Most of the students will soon be able to work in professional counterparts when they work in enterprises, and have been praised by employers.
