【摘要】：高等職業(yè)教育是我國國民教育體系中的一個(gè)重要組成部分,在高等教育大眾化和培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的高級(jí)技術(shù)人才中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。由于高職教育人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的特殊性,決定了高職院校學(xué)生教育管理應(yīng)有自身的特色。本文對(duì)高等職業(yè)學(xué)院、高職學(xué)生思想行為及教育管理相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了界定；通過問卷調(diào)查及個(gè)案采訪,分析研究了高職學(xué)生思想行為特點(diǎn)、存在的問題以及存在問題原因,有針對(duì)性地提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)高職生教育管理對(duì)策：即學(xué)校要切實(shí)加強(qiáng)對(duì)高職生教育管理工作的重視、社會(huì)學(xué)校家庭形成合力齊抓共管、發(fā)揮學(xué)生在自我教育管理工作中的能動(dòng)性。高職院校應(yīng)根據(jù)當(dāng)代高職生思想行為的特點(diǎn),引導(dǎo)高職學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)生活朝著正確的方向發(fā)展,從而促進(jìn)高職學(xué)生自身的發(fā)展,改善高職院校學(xué)生教育管理工作現(xiàn)狀,推進(jìn)高職院校深化改革發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)高職院校的競爭優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education is an important part of our national education system. It plays an important role in the popularization of higher education and the cultivation of high quality advanced technical talents, because of the particularity of the goal of talent training in higher vocational education. It is decided that the students' education management should have its own characteristics. This paper defines the ideological behavior and educational management of higher vocational colleges and higher vocational students. Through questionnaires and case interviews, this paper analyzes the ideological and behavioral characteristics of higher vocational students, the existing problems and the causes of the problems. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen and improve the management of higher vocational students' education: that is, schools should pay more attention to the management of higher vocational students' education, and the families of social schools should form a joint effort to manage the students' education together. The higher vocational colleges should guide the students' study and life to develop in the right direction according to the characteristics of contemporary higher vocational students' thought and behavior. In order to promote the development of higher vocational students, improve the current situation of students' education management, promote the deepening of reform and development of vocational colleges, enhance the competitive advantage of vocational colleges.
