【摘要】：文章從建設(shè)我國(guó)職業(yè)教育校企合作法律制度體系入手,提出構(gòu)建完整的職業(yè)教育校企合作法律制度體系、確定職業(yè)教育校企合作立法基礎(chǔ)性問(wèn)題、明晰我國(guó)職業(yè)教育校企合作法律制度的經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源及扶持措施、明確我國(guó)職業(yè)教育校企合作的形式及利益主體的權(quán)利和義務(wù)、確保職業(yè)教育校企合作法律制度內(nèi)容保障受教育者權(quán)益、確定職業(yè)教育校企合作法律的法律責(zé)任及法律制裁等具體措施。
[Abstract]:This paper starts with the construction of the system of legal system of cooperation between vocational education and enterprise in China , puts forward the construction of the system of legal system of cooperation legislation of vocational education school and enterprise , establishes the basic problem of cooperation legislation of vocational education , clarifies the form of cooperation between vocational education and enterprise and the rights and obligations of interest subjects , and ensures the legal system contents of vocational education school - enterprise cooperation to guarantee the rights and interests of the educatees , and to determine the legal responsibility and legal sanction of the cooperation laws of vocational education .
