【摘要】:目前很多中職院校開(kāi)設(shè)了服裝設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè),但是對(duì)于企業(yè)究竟需要什么樣的人才,服裝專業(yè)學(xué)生需要具備什么樣的素質(zhì),怎樣培養(yǎng)服裝專業(yè)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識(shí)等問(wèn)題還處于不斷探索的階段。 本論文主要針對(duì)中等職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校服裝專業(yè)學(xué)生人才培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展中存在的一些問(wèn)題,引進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)外職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)的先進(jìn)理念,主要研究中職服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展的新思路。通過(guò)調(diào)查研究,了解我國(guó)(以廣州市地區(qū)為例)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。及時(shí)找出中職服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)存在問(wèn)題,并針對(duì)其問(wèn)題給出合理的建議。本論文分為四個(gè)部分: 第一部分是引言。首先提出了“中職服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式”的研究背景及緣起,并在回顧和總結(jié)大量相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上明確了本研究的意義和思路。最后對(duì)本研究的核心概念進(jìn)行了界定。本章致力于為整個(gè)研究打下基礎(chǔ),做好充分的準(zhǔn)備。 第二部分介紹了現(xiàn)在三種主要的中職人才培養(yǎng)模式的內(nèi)涵和具體做法,并分析了其對(duì)于中國(guó)中職教育的影響。并以筆者所在的學(xué)校為例,理論結(jié)合實(shí)際分析人才培養(yǎng)模式對(duì)中職服裝專業(yè)的影響。為之后的中職服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的提出埋下了伏筆。 第三部分分析了中職服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,特別以廣州市的幾所開(kāi)設(shè)服裝專業(yè)的中職學(xué)校為典型,總結(jié)出人才培養(yǎng)模式的框架。提出中職服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,包括課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)方法、師資隊(duì)伍以及就校企合作等。 第四部分為本論文最為關(guān)鍵的章節(jié),主要是根據(jù)之前中職服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,借鑒國(guó)外職業(yè)學(xué)校服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),從而提出適合我國(guó)服裝專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的合理化建議。
[Abstract]:At present , many secondary vocational colleges have set up a garment design profession , but for what kind of talents are needed for the enterprise , what kind of quality is needed for the students of the clothing profession , how to train the creative consciousness of the students of the clothing profession is still in the continuous exploration stage . This paper mainly focuses on the problems existing in the training and development of the students in the middle vocational and technical schools , introduces the advanced idea of the training and development of the professional education in China and abroad , and mainly studies the current situation and the developing trend of the training and development of the garment specialty in the secondary vocational school in our country ( taking the Guangzhou area as an example ) . The problem of the personnel training in the middle vocational school is found out in time , and the reasonable suggestion is given for the problem . The paper is divided into four parts : The first part is the introduction . Firstly , the background of the research background and the reasons for the training mode of Chinese - level clothing specialty are put forward , and the significance and thinking of the research are clarified on the basis of reviewing and summarizing the large number of relevant research literatures . At last , the core concept of this study is defined . This chapter is devoted to laying the foundation for the whole research and well prepared . The second part introduces the connotation and concrete practice of three main modes of Chinese vocational education , and analyzes its influence on Chinese secondary vocational education . The third part analyzes the current situation of personnel training of Chinese - level clothing , especially the traditional Chinese - level schools in Guangzhou , summarizes the frame of talent training model , and puts forward some problems in the training course of Chinese - level clothing , including curriculum setting , teaching method , teachers ' team and cooperation with school - enterprise . The fourth part is divided into the most critical sections of the thesis , which is mainly based on the problems of the training of talents in the former middle - level clothing , and draws lessons from the advantages of the training of professional talents in foreign occupation schools , so as to put forward the rationalization proposal which is suitable for the training of clothing professionals in our country .
