【摘要】：為了解高職院校水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)情況,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),為水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編制提供指導(dǎo),筆者采用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷和訪談等形式,對(duì)全國(guó)18所高職院校水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)負(fù)責(zé)人和2 026名水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明:第四學(xué)期和第六學(xué)期是水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)的主要實(shí)施階段,實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間為24~56周;漁藥漁用生物制品、漁用飼料和水產(chǎn)動(dòng)物苗種生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)等企業(yè)是頂崗實(shí)習(xí)主要單位,校內(nèi)人才交流會(huì)是學(xué)生選擇頂崗實(shí)習(xí)單位的主要途徑;水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)服務(wù)和涉漁產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷(xiāo)是主要頂崗實(shí)習(xí)崗位;校企協(xié)管能力、企業(yè)導(dǎo)師教學(xué)能力和企業(yè)硬件條件是目前影響水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)專(zhuān)業(yè)頂崗實(shí)習(xí)效果的主要因素。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the practice situation of aquaculture technology major in higher vocational colleges, summarize the experience and provide guidance for the establishment of practice standard of aquaculture technology specialty, the author adopts questionnaire and interview. A survey was carried out on the responsible persons of aquaculture technology major in 18 higher vocational colleges and 2,026 students majoring in aquaculture technology in China. The results showed that:. 4th semester and 6th semester are the main stage of practice in aquaculture technology. The duration of practice was 24 weeks and 56 weeks. The production and management of fishery medicine and fishery biological products, fish feed and aquatic animal seedlings are the main units of post practice, and the exchange of talents in school is the main way for students to choose the job placement practice units. Aquaculture technical services and the marketing of fishery products are the main internship posts; The ability of school and enterprise comanagement, the teaching ability of enterprise tutor and the condition of enterprise hardware are the main factors that influence the practice effect of aquiculture technology specialty at present.
