【摘要】:2008年誕生的慕課用了不到10年的時(shí)間給高等教育界帶來了一股旋風(fēng),2012年更是被稱為慕課時(shí)代的到來之年,盡管慕課在我國的發(fā)展暫時(shí)落后于國外,但是近年來的發(fā)展卻也不甘示弱。慕課以其免費(fèi)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、快速和便捷等優(yōu)勢(shì)給傳統(tǒng)的高等教育帶來了強(qiáng)烈的沖擊,在這樣的背景下我國的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育也必然無法置身事外。處在高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)中最底層的高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育歷來飽受批評(píng),當(dāng)下我國正在進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,工業(yè)走向4.0時(shí)代,高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育是否能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型適應(yīng)新的社會(huì)形勢(shì),關(guān)鍵在于高職教師是否能夠借助慕課帶來的機(jī)遇實(shí)現(xiàn)角色轉(zhuǎn)變。本研究利用多種研究方法綜合分析了慕課時(shí)代我國高職教師的角色轉(zhuǎn)型問題的現(xiàn)狀和問題。首先,研究通過對(duì)高職院校教師角色進(jìn)行追本溯源,分析了傳統(tǒng)的高職院校教師在教學(xué)和課程中的角色——課程中是實(shí)施者、消費(fèi)者和維持者,教學(xué)中是施教者、獨(dú)白者和管理者。綜合調(diào)查結(jié)果和慕課的特點(diǎn),研究預(yù)測(cè)了在慕課時(shí)代高職院校教師可能遇到的角色沖突和應(yīng)該實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)變的大致方向,即在課程中向課程組織者、課程生產(chǎn)者和課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)創(chuàng)新者轉(zhuǎn)變,在教學(xué)中向引導(dǎo)者、對(duì)話者和合作者轉(zhuǎn)變。然后對(duì)高職院校教師角色的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,通過實(shí)際問卷調(diào)查確認(rèn)了當(dāng)前我國高職院校教師角色的現(xiàn)狀,當(dāng)前我國高職院校教師角色并未發(fā)生本質(zhì)變化,基本與傳統(tǒng)高職院校教師角色一致。在對(duì)角色調(diào)整存在的問題和原因進(jìn)行探討后,文章在最后部分結(jié)合慕課的特色和當(dāng)前的新興技術(shù)手段和教育理念為高職院校教師角色的轉(zhuǎn)型提出了相應(yīng)的意見,為其實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑。
[Abstract]:In 2008, it took less than 10 years to bring a whirlwind to the field of higher education, and 2012 is called the arrival of the era. Although the development of Moo course in our country lags behind that of foreign countries for the time being, the development in recent years is not willing to show weakness. Because of its advantages of free, high quality, fast and convenient, it has brought strong impact to the traditional higher education. In this context, higher vocational and technical education in our country must not be able to stay out of the situation. Higher vocational and technical education, which is at the bottom of the structure of higher education, has always been criticized. At present our country is carrying on the economic structure transformation, the industry moves toward 4.0 times, whether the higher vocational and technical education can realize the transformation to adapt to the new social situation. The key lies in whether higher vocational teachers can make use of the opportunities brought by the admiration courses to realize the role transformation. This study comprehensively analyzes the status quo and problems of the role transformation of higher vocational teachers in the period of the Moo class by using various research methods. . Through tracing back to the role of teachers in higher vocational colleges, the study analyzes the role of teachers in traditional vocational colleges in teaching and curriculum-the implementers, consumers and maintainers in the curriculum, and the teachers in teaching. Monologues and managers. Comprehensive survey results and the characteristics of the curriculum, the study predicted the role of teachers in the period of the Moo curriculum may encounter conflicts and should achieve the general direction of change. That is, in the curriculum to curriculum organizers, curriculum producers and curriculum standard innovators, in teaching to the guide, interlocutors and collaborators. Then the status quo of the role of teachers in higher vocational colleges has been investigated and studied. Through the actual questionnaire survey to confirm the current status of the role of teachers in higher vocational colleges in China, the current role of teachers in higher vocational colleges has not changed substantially. It is basically consistent with the traditional role of teachers in higher vocational colleges. After discussing the problems and causes of the adjustment of roles. In the last part, the author puts forward some suggestions for the transformation of teachers' role in higher vocational colleges by combining the characteristics of the course and the current new technology and educational idea, which provides a practical way to realize the transformation.
