【摘要】：黨的十八大尤其是十八屆三中全會(huì)以來,在推進(jìn)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的過程中,我國全面深化財(cái)政體制和教育體制改革。在此背景下,高職院校內(nèi)涵建設(shè)必須適應(yīng)新的財(cái)政投入方式的要求。本文結(jié)合新形勢(shì)下的財(cái)政體制改革政策,歸納提煉"加減乘除"財(cái)政投入教育新機(jī)制的基本含義,分析其對(duì)高職教育內(nèi)涵建設(shè)產(chǎn)生的影響,進(jìn)而提出適應(yīng)新的財(cái)政投入機(jī)制高職院校內(nèi)涵建設(shè)若干理念和策略。
[Abstract]:The 18 Party Congress, especially since the third Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee, in the process of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, our country has comprehensively deepened the reform of the financial system and the education system. The connotation construction of higher vocational colleges must meet the requirements of the new financial input mode. This paper, combined with the reform policy of the financial system under the new situation, summarizes and refines the basic meaning of the new mechanism of "adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing" the financial input education. This paper analyzes its influence on the connotation construction of higher vocational education, and then puts forward some ideas and strategies to adapt to the new financial investment mechanism.
