【摘要】：隨著高等教育改革的深入,締結(jié)聯(lián)盟成為了高校發(fā)展的新趨勢,國內(nèi)外相繼出現(xiàn)各種高校間的聯(lián)盟。醫(yī)教協(xié)同背景下,全國醫(yī)科院校研究生院聯(lián)盟的建立是醫(yī)學(xué)院校適應(yīng)國家"雙一流"建設(shè)和醫(yī)學(xué)高等教育改革的戰(zhàn)略選擇,具有鮮明特點(diǎn)與獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢,已在人才選拔、課程建設(shè)、過程管理、考評體系等方面初步形成了互利共贏的資源共享模式,取得了顯著成效,產(chǎn)生了較大的社會影響,將在醫(yī)學(xué)高等教育的改革探索中發(fā)揮更為重要的作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of higher education reform, the conclusion of alliance has become a new trend of the development of colleges and universities, and a variety of inter-university coalitions have appeared one after another at home and abroad. Under the background of medical and educational coordination, the establishment of the National Union of Graduate Schools of Medical Colleges and Universities is a strategic choice for medical colleges and universities to adapt to the national "double first-class" construction and the reform of medical higher education. It has distinct characteristics and unique advantages, and has already been selected for talents. Curriculum construction, process management, evaluation system and other aspects have initially formed a mutually beneficial and win-win resource sharing model, which has achieved remarkable results and has a great social impact, which will play a more important role in the reform and exploration of medical higher education.
