基于“雙元經(jīng)驗”的工程博士創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)新能力表征工程博士競爭力。傳統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)有知識邏輯取向、工程實踐取向兩種形式;"雙元經(jīng)驗"的工程博士創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)是一條嶄新路徑。"雙元經(jīng)驗"由初級經(jīng)驗和高級經(jīng)驗構(gòu)成,兩者的分離和轉(zhuǎn)化構(gòu)建了創(chuàng)新能力生成平臺,以此平臺為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新能力生成過程模型,包括過濾、認(rèn)知、產(chǎn)生、認(rèn)知、產(chǎn)生五個階段。能夠順利經(jīng)歷五個階段的人,最有創(chuàng)造性。最后,從課程設(shè)置、經(jīng)驗教學(xué)、實踐訓(xùn)練、導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)四個方面,為工程博士創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)措施提供建議。
[Abstract]:Innovative ability to characterize the competitiveness of engineering doctorate. The cultivation of traditional innovation ability has two forms: knowledge logic orientation and engineering practice orientation. The cultivation of innovative ability of engineering doctor based on dual experience is a new way. " The dualistic experience is composed of primary experience and advanced experience. The separation and transformation of the two sets up a platform for the generation of innovation ability. Based on this platform, a process model of innovation ability generation is constructed, which includes filtering, cognition, generation, cognition, and so on. Produce five stages. People who can successfully go through five stages are the most creative. Finally, from four aspects of curriculum setup, experience teaching, practice training and tutor guidance, suggestions are provided for the cultivation of innovative ability of engineering doctorate.
