我國(guó)工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:復(fù)試是研究生招生工作中一個(gè)十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)。圍繞著研究生復(fù)試問(wèn)題,學(xué)者們展開(kāi)了一定的討論,發(fā)表了一些不同的看法。有些學(xué)者著重討論了復(fù)試在研究生招生工作中的重要性,有些學(xué)者重點(diǎn)剖析了復(fù)試中存在的問(wèn)題及其解決對(duì)策,還有些學(xué)者側(cè)重分析了復(fù)試中的面試環(huán)節(jié)。誠(chéng)然,這些研究對(duì)于我國(guó)研究生復(fù)試工作的不斷完善無(wú)疑有著十分重要的價(jià)值,但這些既有研究卻鮮見(jiàn)涉及研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建問(wèn)題,尤其是工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建方面的研究更是少之又少。眾所周知,工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建,不僅有助于研究生招生單位有效地選拔人才,而且更有益于研究生招生單位的復(fù)試工作不斷走向規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化。正是出于這一目的,最終才將碩士學(xué)位論文的題目鎖定為“我國(guó)工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建”。 圍繞著我國(guó)工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建,重點(diǎn)運(yùn)用訪(fǎng)談法、文獻(xiàn)法等教育科學(xué)研究方法展開(kāi)研究,厘定了“工科”、“研究生復(fù)試”、“指標(biāo)體系”等核心概念,確定了工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的依據(jù)和原則,構(gòu)建出工科碩士研究生復(fù)試的三級(jí)指標(biāo)體系,并制定出工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系的實(shí)施細(xì)則。 我國(guó)工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建,其主體內(nèi)容由“設(shè)計(jì)與框架”、“內(nèi)容釋義”和“實(shí)施要點(diǎn)”等部分組成。在“設(shè)計(jì)與框架”中,明確了工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系確立的政策、教育和實(shí)證依據(jù),確立了工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)的五個(gè)原則與整體思路,并闡釋了工科碩士研究生三級(jí)復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系的具體構(gòu)成及其構(gòu)成要素之間的關(guān)系;在“內(nèi)容釋義”中,重點(diǎn)界定了工科碩士研究生三級(jí)復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)成因素的具體含義,細(xì)致分析了工科碩士研究生三級(jí)復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系權(quán)重的分配依據(jù)和具體構(gòu)成;在“實(shí)施要點(diǎn)”中,勾畫(huà)出工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系諸如考核目的、類(lèi)型、主體、對(duì)象之類(lèi)的適用范圍,說(shuō)明了工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系操作中指標(biāo)計(jì)算、數(shù)據(jù)采集等方面的具體建議。 筆者認(rèn)為,工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系由一般性指標(biāo)、特殊性指標(biāo)和參考性指標(biāo)構(gòu)成。研究的主要特色有二:(1)對(duì)運(yùn)用訪(fǎng)談法獲得的第一手資料予以歸納、整理,并將其結(jié)果作為工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建的依據(jù),有一定的新意;(2)初步構(gòu)建出工科碩士研究生復(fù)試指標(biāo)體系,在一定意義上突破以往復(fù)試研究?jī)H偏重于“問(wèn)題-原因-對(duì)策”的研究范式。
[Abstract]:The second examination is a very important link in the graduate enrollment work. Around the postgraduate second-examination, scholars have launched a certain discussion and expressed some different views. Some scholars have discussed the importance of the re-examination in the graduate enrollment work, some scholars have analyzed the problems existing in the re-examination and their solutions, and some scholars have focused on the interview links in the re-examination. It is true that these studies are undoubtedly of great value to the continuous improvement of the post-graduate re-examination work in China, but these existing studies rarely involve the construction of the graduate re-examination index system. Especially, the research on the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students is rare. As we all know, the construction of the index system for the re-examination of graduate students in engineering is not only helpful to the effective selection of talents by the graduate recruitment units, but also beneficial to the readmission work of the graduate enrollment units moving towards standardization and scientization. It is for this purpose that the title of master degree thesis is finally defined as "the construction of re-examination index system for engineering graduate students in China". Focusing on the construction of the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students in China, the author focuses on the research of educational science research methods such as interview method, literature method and so on, and defines the core concepts of "engineering subject", "graduate re-examination", "index system" and so on. This paper determines the basis and principle of the re-examination index system for engineering graduate students, constructs the three-level index system for the re-examination of engineering master graduate students, and formulates the implementation rules of the re-examination index system for engineering master graduate students. The main content of the index system for the re-examination of engineering graduate students in China is composed of "design and frame", "content interpretation" and "implementation essentials" and so on. In "Design and frame", the policy, education and empirical basis of the re-examination index system for engineering graduate students are defined, and the five principles and the overall ideas of the index system design for the re-examination index system of engineering master graduate students are established. And explained the concrete constitution of the index system of the tertiary re-examination and the relationship between the components of the index system of the tertiary re-examination of the graduate students of engineering master's degree. In the interpretation of content, the author defines the concrete meaning of the three level re-examination index system of engineering graduate students, and analyzes the distribution basis and concrete constitution of the weight of the index system. In "key points of implementation", the index system of re-examination for engineering graduate students, such as the purpose, type, subject and object, is outlined, and the index calculation in the operation of the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students is explained. Data collection and other specific suggestions. The author believes that the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students consists of general index, particularity index and reference index. The main characteristics of the study are as follows: (1) the first-hand data obtained by interview method are summarized and sorted out, and the results are regarded as the basis for the construction of the re-examination index system of engineering graduate students, which has some new ideas; (2) the index system of re-examination for engineering graduate students is constructed preliminarily, which breaks through the research paradigm of "problem-cause-countermeasure" in the previous re-examination research in a certain sense.
