【摘要】： 我國(guó)MBA學(xué)位教育在十八年的發(fā)展歷程中圍繞著“時(shí)代需求”和“實(shí)踐需求”經(jīng)歷了從模仿、改造創(chuàng)新,到再模仿、再創(chuàng)新的過(guò)程。肩負(fù)著為我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)大批合格管理人才的重任,并在不斷改革和探索的基礎(chǔ)上逐步形成符合中國(guó)實(shí)際情況、適用社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制與國(guó)際管理教育接軌的教育模式。然而與剛登陸中國(guó)的時(shí)期相比,我國(guó)MBA學(xué)位教育所面臨的外部社會(huì)環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大的變化,社會(huì)對(duì)管理人才需求的規(guī)模、層次、規(guī)格表現(xiàn)為動(dòng)態(tài)中的多樣性,我國(guó)MBA學(xué)位教育目前仍存在脫離國(guó)情、脫離實(shí)際的情況,造成MBA學(xué)位教育“漸漸浮離地面”。 本文在比較中國(guó)與美日MBA學(xué)位教育范疇及其歷史軌跡的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析三國(guó)MBA學(xué)位教育的新發(fā)展及其特點(diǎn)論述了適用社會(huì)發(fā)展要求是MBA學(xué)位教育產(chǎn)生、變革和發(fā)展的內(nèi)在要求和基本動(dòng)力。既結(jié)合已有理論研究成果,提取微觀縱向比較層面的教育招考方式、教學(xué)方法、教育質(zhì)量評(píng)估模式,宏觀橫向比較層面的層次結(jié)構(gòu)與職業(yè)經(jīng)理人需求、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)、教育管理體制作為分析和評(píng)價(jià)MBA學(xué)位教育適用性的要素。反映出在微觀層面,我國(guó)MBA招生方式的運(yùn)作效率和選拔效度不高,教學(xué)方法和教育質(zhì)量評(píng)估模式不能很好地適用于MBA人才培養(yǎng)的需要,在宏觀方面層次結(jié)構(gòu)與職業(yè)經(jīng)理人需求不協(xié)調(diào),就業(yè)指導(dǎo)與服務(wù)方面存在機(jī)構(gòu)不健全、職能不完善、職業(yè)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)和教育嚴(yán)重不足,我國(guó)現(xiàn)有的管理體制制約著MBA學(xué)位教育發(fā)展等問(wèn)題。 最后針對(duì)上述情況,本文最后并圍繞與美日MBA學(xué)位教育從微宏觀層面的縱橫向比較中各要素的功能和關(guān)系,從微觀運(yùn)作和宏觀政策與制度兩個(gè)層面提出了相關(guān)的策略和建議。
[Abstract]:In the course of 18 years' development of MBA degree education in China, it has experienced the process of imitation, innovation, reimitation and re-innovation around "the demand of the times" and "the demand of practice". It is shouldering the important task of training a large number of qualified management personnel for the construction of our market economy, and is gradually forming in line with the actual situation in China on the basis of continuous reform and exploration. Applicable to the socialist market economy system and international management education in line with the educational model. However, compared with the period when we first landed in China, the external social environment of MBA degree education in our country has undergone tremendous changes. The scale, level and specification of the social demand for management talents are characterized by dynamic diversity. At present, the degree education of MBA in our country is still divorced from the national conditions and reality, which causes the degree education of MBA to "gradually float off the ground". On the basis of comparing the scope and historical track of MBA degree education between China and America and Japan, this paper analyzes the new development and characteristics of MBA degree education in three countries, and discusses that the suitable social development requirement is the emergence of MBA degree education. The inherent requirement and basic motive force of change and development. Combining with the existing theoretical research results, this paper extracts the educational recruitment methods, teaching methods, educational quality evaluation model, the hierarchical structure of macro horizontal comparison level and the needs of professional managers, and employment guidance at the level of microcosmic and vertical comparison. Educational management system is an important factor to analyze and evaluate the applicability of MBA degree education. The results show that at the micro level, the operation efficiency and selection validity of MBA enrollment in China are not high, and the teaching methods and educational quality evaluation model can not be applied to the needs of MBA talents training. In the macroscopic aspect, the hierarchy structure and the professional manager's demand are not coordinated, the employment guidance and service are not perfect, the function is not perfect, the guidance and education of the career development is seriously insufficient. The existing management system of our country restricts the development of MBA degree education and so on. Finally, in view of the above situation, this paper puts forward the relevant strategies and suggestions from two aspects of micro operation and macro policy and system, focusing on the function and relationship of the elements in the vertical and horizontal comparison with the MBA degree education of the United States and Japan from the micro level and the macro level.
