重慶地區(qū)高校研究生創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)及其特征的初步研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)是指促使個(gè)體的創(chuàng)造能力從潛在狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實(shí)狀態(tài)的動(dòng)力,包括認(rèn)知和情感成分。從20世紀(jì)50年代至今,國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)的研究日趨深入,提出了各種理論模型,但專門(mén)測(cè)量創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)的工具卻非常少。國(guó)內(nèi)尚未見(jiàn)到專門(mén)針對(duì)中國(guó)中高級(jí)知識(shí)分子群體的創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)問(wèn)卷。本研究旨在修訂《工作傾向問(wèn)卷》,發(fā)展出一份適合中國(guó)中高級(jí)知識(shí)分子群體的創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)問(wèn)卷,并以此為工具,,探討該群體創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)的特點(diǎn)。 本研究在開(kāi)放式問(wèn)卷和個(gè)別訪談的基礎(chǔ)上分析了研究生創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外已有研究成果和專家意見(jiàn),初步考察了《工作傾向問(wèn)卷》的內(nèi)容與中國(guó)被試人群的符合程度,在此基礎(chǔ)上形成初測(cè)問(wèn)卷。經(jīng)過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得到正式問(wèn)卷,施測(cè)于239名(有效問(wèn)卷)重慶地區(qū)高校碩士研究生。研究結(jié)果如下: 1.修訂的《工作傾向問(wèn)卷》具有較好的信度和效度。本研究采用內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)(Cronbach α系數(shù))、分半信度和重測(cè)信度檢驗(yàn)問(wèn)卷的信度。采用驗(yàn)證性因素分析考察了問(wèn)卷的結(jié)構(gòu)效度。對(duì)原問(wèn)卷的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了修訂,確定創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)的四維度結(jié)構(gòu)模型,即愉悅動(dòng)機(jī)、挑戰(zhàn)動(dòng)機(jī)、關(guān)系動(dòng)機(jī)、報(bào)酬動(dòng)機(jī)。對(duì)問(wèn)卷內(nèi)容效度的分析表明,問(wèn)卷基本符合重慶地區(qū)高校研究生的實(shí)際情況,與國(guó)內(nèi)的有關(guān)研究成果也比較一致,可以認(rèn)為該問(wèn)卷具有較好的內(nèi)容效度。 2.總體上看,性別對(duì)創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)總分的主效應(yīng)不顯著,專業(yè)、年齡、工齡、年級(jí)對(duì)創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)總分的主效應(yīng)均顯著;專業(yè)和年齡、專業(yè)和工齡、年齡和工齡對(duì)創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)總分的二階交互作用不顯著,專業(yè)和性別對(duì)創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)總分的二階 碩士學(xué)位論文一專業(yè):發(fā)展與教育心理學(xué)一方向:學(xué)習(xí)與創(chuàng)造 交互作用顯著。 3.創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)總分隨年級(jí)升高呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì)。教育專業(yè)男性研究生和女性 研究生創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)總分的差異顯著。音體美、理學(xué)、工學(xué)專業(yè)研究生和經(jīng)濟(jì)管理、 農(nóng)學(xué)、文史、教育、法哲專業(yè)研究生在創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)總分上的差異顯著。31一35歲 年齡段的研究生創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)最強(qiáng)。有4一6年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的研究生創(chuàng)造性動(dòng)機(jī)最強(qiáng)。 4.具體在四個(gè)分問(wèn)卷上,單因索力差分析的結(jié)果表明:專業(yè)對(duì)愉悅動(dòng)機(jī)、 挑戰(zhàn)動(dòng)機(jī)和關(guān)系動(dòng)機(jī)的主效應(yīng)顯著;年齡對(duì)關(guān)系動(dòng)機(jī)的主效應(yīng)顯著;工齡對(duì)愉悅 動(dòng)機(jī)和挑戰(zhàn)動(dòng)機(jī)的主效應(yīng)顯著;年級(jí)對(duì)愉悅動(dòng)機(jī)和挑戰(zhàn)動(dòng)機(jī)的主效應(yīng)顯著。
[Abstract]:Creative motivation refers to the motive force, including cognitive and affective elements, to change the creative ability of individual from latent state to realistic state. Since the 1950s, the research on creative motivation has been getting deeper and deeper at home and abroad, and various theoretical models have been put forward, but there are very few tools for measuring creative motivation. There is no creative motivation questionnaire for middle-and high-level intellectuals in China. The purpose of this study is to revise the work aptitude questionnaire to develop a creative motivation questionnaire suitable for the middle and senior intellectuals in China, and to use it as a tool to explore the characteristics of the creative motivation of this group. On the basis of open questionnaire and individual interviews, this study analyzed the characteristics of graduate students' creative motivation, combined with the existing research results and expert opinions at home and abroad. The correspondence between the contents of the work disposition questionnaire and the Chinese subjects was preliminarily investigated, and the preliminary questionnaire was formed on the basis of this. Through statistical analysis, a formal questionnaire was obtained and applied to 239 (valid) postgraduates of colleges and universities in Chongqing. The results are as follows: 1. The revised questionnaire has good reliability and validity. In this study, the internal consistency coefficient (Cronbach 偽 coefficient), split-half reliability and retest reliability were used to test the reliability of the questionnaire. The structural validity of the questionnaire was investigated by confirmatory factor analysis. The structure of the original questionnaire is revised to determine the four-dimensional structural model of creative motivation, that is, pleasure motivation, challenge motivation, relationship motivation and reward motivation. The analysis of the validity of the questionnaire shows that the questionnaire basically accords with the actual situation of university graduate students in Chongqing area, and is consistent with the domestic research results. 2. On the whole, the main effect of gender on total score of creative motivation is not significant, major, age, length of service, The main effect of grade on total score of creative motivation was significant, but the second order interaction between major and age, major and length of service, age and length of service on total score of creative motivation was not significant.
