【摘要】：美國(guó)高度重視國(guó)際研究生在美國(guó)發(fā)展中的作用。但是,"911事件"以來的簽證制度以及世界其他國(guó)家的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)減弱了美國(guó)吸引國(guó)際研究生的能力。2004年以來,美國(guó)政府、高校和研究機(jī)構(gòu)共同努力,推動(dòng)了國(guó)際研究生入學(xué)數(shù)量的回升。2007年新出臺(tái)的美國(guó)研究生院理事會(huì)(CGS)報(bào)告分析了2006-2007年度美國(guó)研究生院中國(guó)際研究生入學(xué)以及與國(guó)際高校建立合作學(xué)位項(xiàng)目的情況,指出國(guó)際研究生入學(xué)數(shù)量有了較大的增長(zhǎng),而且較多的美國(guó)高校和國(guó)際高校建立了合作學(xué)位項(xiàng)目,但在國(guó)際研究生入學(xué)方面仍存在一些問題。
[Abstract]:The United States attaches great importance to the role of international graduate students in the development of the United States. But visa regimes since 9 / 11 and competition from the rest of the world have weakened the ability of the United States to attract international graduate students. Since 2004, the U.S. government, universities and research institutions have worked together. The new 2007 (CGS) report of the Board of Governors of the Graduate School of the United States analyzed the international graduate enrollment in the United States Graduate School in 2006-2007 and the establishment of cooperative degree programs with international colleges and universities. It is pointed out that the number of international graduate students has increased greatly, and more American and international universities have established cooperative degree programs, but there are still some problems in the field of international graduate enrollment.
