基于多元高校導(dǎo)師團隊的食品科學(xué)研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:"民以食為天"食品科學(xué)是一門永不過時的學(xué)科,是國家穩(wěn)定、社會發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)。隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展,近年來食品工業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展,但要實現(xiàn)與全球發(fā)展接軌、迎合社會需求就要將科技作為支撐,將科技創(chuàng)新融入到食品工業(yè)中,這就給高等院校人才的培養(yǎng)提出了更高的要求,必須將食品學(xué)科學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)作為重點工作。研究生教育肩負著國家建設(shè)高素質(zhì)、高層次人才的重任,因此,應(yīng)對研究生教育模式進行改革,將創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)作為教育的核心,建立起多元導(dǎo)師團隊,創(chuàng)新教學(xué)模式,全面地促進研究生創(chuàng)新能力的提升。
[Abstract]:Food science is an eternal subject, which is the important foundation of national stability and social development. With the continuous development of our national economy, the food industry has been developing rapidly in recent years. However, in order to meet the needs of the society, science and technology should be taken as the support and the scientific and technological innovation should be integrated into the food industry in order to meet the needs of the whole world. This puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities, and the emphasis must be placed on the cultivation of innovative ability of food students. Graduate education is shouldering the important task of building a country with high quality and high level talents. Therefore, the mode of graduate education should be reformed, the cultivation of innovative ability should be regarded as the core of education, the team of multi-tutors should be established, and the teaching mode should be innovated. To promote the innovation ability of graduate students in an all-round way.
