【摘要】：本文針對(duì)國內(nèi)碩士研究生人才教育存在的突出問題,探討新聞學(xué)類碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式改革創(chuàng)新之路。本文通過對(duì)現(xiàn)行學(xué)術(shù)型人才為導(dǎo)向的碩士生培養(yǎng)模式的反思,指出新聞傳播學(xué)科實(shí)踐性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)及社會(huì)對(duì)人才的基本需求,決定了新聞學(xué)類碩士生人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位理應(yīng)以高層次應(yīng)用型人才為主、學(xué)術(shù)型人才為輔。在碩士研究生教育規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、數(shù)量急劇膨脹的現(xiàn)實(shí)語境中,應(yīng)根據(jù)大多數(shù)學(xué)生的成才取向和就業(yè)意愿,糾正以往培養(yǎng)模式重理論輕實(shí)務(wù)的偏差,調(diào)整目標(biāo)定位,創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)方式,對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、評(píng)價(jià)體系和考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行變革,應(yīng)以實(shí)務(wù)課和實(shí)踐環(huán)節(jié)的教學(xué)為突破口,強(qiáng)化學(xué)生的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和實(shí)踐能力,通過走出去請(qǐng)進(jìn)來的聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)方式,把高層次應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)模式的改革創(chuàng)新舉措落到實(shí)處。
[Abstract]:In view of the outstanding problems in the education of Master graduate students in China, this paper probes into the way of innovation and innovation of the training mode of the graduate students of the science of journalism. Through the reflection on the training mode of the present academic talents, this paper points out the characteristics of the strong practicality of the subject of news communication and the basic needs of the society for the talents. The target orientation of the graduate students in journalism should be based on high level applied talents and academic talents as a supplement. In the realistic context of the continuous expansion of the master's degree of graduate education and the rapid expansion of the number of students, the deviation of the former training mode and the light practice should be corrected according to the orientation and the employment intention of the majority of the students. It should take the teaching content, the teaching method, the evaluation system and the assessment standard to change the orientation of the whole target, the teaching method, the evaluation system and the assessment standard. We should take the teaching of practice and practice as the breakthrough, strengthen the students' professional accomplishment and practical ability, and innovate the mode of the high level applied talents training through the coming out. The move came true.
