【摘要】：介紹新中國成立以來我國研究生資助體制的演進(jìn)過程,指出新中國六十年中,我國的研究生資助方式和資助力度均發(fā)生了很大的變化,從單一的助學(xué)金模式發(fā)展為"獎、助、貸、補(bǔ)"多元化疊加模式;從完全免費教育,到部分免費教育,資助力度呈現(xiàn)下降態(tài)勢。研究生學(xué)習(xí)階段的機(jī)會成本增大,研究生貧困化現(xiàn)象日漸嚴(yán)重,這將不利于"建設(shè)人才資源強(qiáng)國"戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the evolution of the graduate student financing system in China since the founding of New China , and points out that in the sixty years of the new China , there has been a great change in the mode of financing and the financing of the graduate student in our country . From the complete free education to the partial free education , the financing strength has declined . The opportunity cost of the post - graduate study stage is increased , and the poverty of the post - graduate student is increasingly serious , which will not be beneficial to the realization of the strategic goal of " building the talent resource " .
