【摘要】：創(chuàng)新是人類特有的認(rèn)識能力和實踐能力,在人類進(jìn)步的過程中不斷影響著人類的世界觀、思想理念的形成與變革,同時也推動著社會生產(chǎn)力、生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的發(fā)展與變革,是人類不斷前進(jìn)的動力。研究生的創(chuàng)新能力,不僅直接影響我國高校整體的創(chuàng)新水平,也關(guān)系國家的整體創(chuàng)新能力,對國家創(chuàng)新體系有著重要影響。但是,我國目前的研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)過程中存在許多問題,如研究生創(chuàng)新能力不強、創(chuàng)新成果較少等。根據(jù)調(diào)查顯示,在我國高校研究生培養(yǎng)規(guī)模發(fā)展的同時,研究生的創(chuàng)新能力水平并沒有明顯的提高,不能國家和社會對人才的密切需要。因此,探討我國應(yīng)如何培養(yǎng)碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力,是一項非常重大的課題,需要教育界乃至各社會廣泛地地關(guān)注。這些促使我展開關(guān)于我國研究生創(chuàng)新能力的研究,分析研究生創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀及存在的主要問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出解決辦法。本研究通過對碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀、影響因素,提出了碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的有效對策。本研究以S大學(xué)在讀碩士研究生為調(diào)查對象。首先,運用文獻(xiàn)分析法,從理論上對創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行概念界定和內(nèi)涵、范疇的闡述;其次,運用問卷調(diào)查法,分析S大學(xué)的碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及問題產(chǎn)生的原因;再次,運用訪談法,對三個年級的九名研究生(每個年級三名)進(jìn)行深入訪談,探究碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力存在問題的深層原因;最后,針對S大學(xué)碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)過程存在的問題進(jìn)行分析,為提高碩士研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the unique cognitive and practical ability of human beings. In the process of human progress, it constantly influences the formation and transformation of human world outlook and ideology, and also promotes the development and transformation of social productive forces and relations of production. It is the driving force of human progress. The innovation ability of graduate students not only directly affects the overall innovation level of Chinese universities, but also affects the overall innovation ability of the country, and has an important impact on the national innovation system. However, there are many problems in the process of cultivating graduate students' innovation ability, such as the weak innovation ability of graduate students and less innovation achievements. According to the investigation, at the same time of the development of graduate students' training scale in our country, the level of graduate students' innovation ability has not been obviously improved, and the country and society can not have a close need for talents. Therefore, it is a very important subject to explore how to cultivate the innovative ability of graduate students in China, which needs the attention of the educational circles and even the society. These urge me to carry out the research on the innovation ability of graduate students in our country, analyze the present situation and the main problems of the innovation ability of graduate students, and put forward the solution on this basis. Based on the present situation and the influencing factors of the innovation ability of the graduate students, the paper puts forward the effective countermeasures for the cultivation of the innovative ability of the graduate students. This study is based on the graduate students in S University. Firstly, using the literature analysis method to define the concept, connotation and category of innovation ability in theory; secondly, analyze the current situation of innovation ability of graduate students in S University by questionnaire survey. Thirdly, by using the interview method, the author deeply interviews nine graduate students in three grades (three students in each grade) to explore the deep causes of the problems in the innovation ability of the graduate students. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of cultivating the innovative ability of the graduate students in S University, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the cultivation of the innovative ability of the postgraduates of the Master's degree.
