【摘要】：探討南京農業(yè)大學"微生物學研究方法與技術"專項培訓體系的構建,重點闡述建設內容、建設方式及教學成效。該培訓體系分為5個功能模塊,每個模塊由專題講座和實驗技能培訓兩部分內容組成。通過該培訓體系的訓練,研究生能熟練掌握大型儀器設備的應用、操作、維護等相關知識,培養(yǎng)了良好的實驗技能、嚴謹的實驗作風、認真的科學態(tài)度,具備了基本的科學研究能力和科學研究品質,是提高研究生創(chuàng)新能力和實踐能力的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the construction of a special training system for "microbiology research methods and technology" in Nanjing Agricultural University. It focuses on the construction content, construction methods and teaching effectiveness. The training system is divided into 5 functional modules, each of which is composed of two parts of the special lecture and the training of experimental skills. It is an effective way to improve the creative ability and practical ability of graduate students to master the application, operation and maintenance of large instrument and equipment, cultivate good experimental skills, rigorous experiment style, serious scientific attitude, basic scientific research ability and scientific research quality.
