【摘要】：隨著我國高校研究生入學(xué)人數(shù)的逐年攀升,研究生思想政治教育顯得愈發(fā)重要和緊迫。研究生學(xué)長制是做好研究生思想政治教育、加強合力育人的一種有益探索和嘗試。學(xué)長制最初起源于我國唐代的書院制教育形式,后來,在中西方的高等教育中得到了良好的運用。該制度在實踐過程中呈現(xiàn)出偏重情感維系型、偏重紀(jì)律優(yōu)先型和偏重功能拓展型三種不同類型,分別發(fā)揮了不同的功能。推進研究生學(xué)長制育人模式的構(gòu)建,可在借鑒中外高校實踐經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上,從強化研究生學(xué)長的身份意識、拓展學(xué)長制運用的場域空間、強化學(xué)長制的育人功能、形成跨代際的交往鏈條、實現(xiàn)耦合性的制度嵌入等方面進行探索。
[Abstract]:With the increasing enrollment of graduate students in colleges and universities, the ideological and political education of postgraduates is becoming more and more important and urgent. It is a beneficial exploration and attempt to do well the ideological and political education of graduate students and strengthen the joint efforts to educate people. The system originated from the form of academy education in Tang Dynasty, and was used well in higher education in China and the West. In the process of practice, the system shows three different types: affective maintenance type, discipline priority type and function expansion type, which play different functions respectively. In order to promote the construction of the educational model of postgraduate upbringing system, we can draw lessons from the practical experience of Chinese and foreign universities, strengthen the identity consciousness of postgraduates' senior students, expand the field space of the application of the system, and strengthen the educational function of the system. The formation of intergenerational communication chain, the realization of coupling institutional embedding and other aspects of exploration.
