我國博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提升的關(guān)鍵點控制研究

【摘要】:20世紀80年代以后,世界高等教育進入了以提升質(zhì)量為中心目標的時代,提高質(zhì)量已成為世界高等教育的共同主題。博士生教育位于教育體系最高層次,是教育水平的標志,各國都把博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量當(dāng)作教育的生命線予以重視。博士生創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng),是當(dāng)今我國高等教育界關(guān)注的熱點;如何提升博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,是我國高等教育一項極其緊迫的任務(wù)。 為探討提升我國當(dāng)前博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的方法,本文首次將關(guān)鍵點控制管理理論引入博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)。文章運用魚骨圖法,分析影響博士生創(chuàng)新性培養(yǎng)的種種因素;根據(jù)木桶原理,闡述選擇關(guān)鍵點的依據(jù),確定博士生招生、博士學(xué)位論文以及博士生導(dǎo)師為提升博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵點;從多個角度對博士生培養(yǎng)的三個關(guān)鍵點現(xiàn)狀進行了分析,從而明確關(guān)鍵點控制目標,并對各關(guān)鍵點控制的實施進行了探索。 文章最后對博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量三個關(guān)鍵點之間的關(guān)系及關(guān)鍵點控制的要點進行了總結(jié),并指出由于博士生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量關(guān)鍵點控制存在著學(xué)科、學(xué)校和時空的差異性,因此相關(guān)研究具有進一步探討的價值。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, the world's higher education has entered the era of improving the quality as the central goal, improving the quality has become the common theme of the world's higher education. Doctoral education is the highest level of education system, and it is the symbol of education level. All countries attach importance to the quality of doctoral education as the lifeline of education. Nowadays, the cultivation of doctoral students' innovative ability is a hot topic in the field of higher education in China, and how to improve the quality of doctoral students' cultivation is an extremely urgent task in our country's higher education. In order to improve the quality of doctoral training in China, the key point control management theory is introduced into the doctoral training quality management system for the first time. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the innovative cultivation of doctoral students by using fish bone map, expounds the basis of selecting key points according to the principle of wooden barrels, and determines the enrollment of doctoral students. In order to improve the quality of doctoral training, the paper analyzes the status quo of the three key points of doctoral training from many angles, and makes clear the control objectives of the key points. And the implementation of the key points of control is explored. Finally, the paper summarizes the relationship between the three key points of doctoral cultivation quality and the key points of controlling the key points, and points out that there are differences among disciplines, schools and time and space due to the key points control of doctoral cultivation quality. Therefore, the relevant research has the value of further exploration.
