【摘要】：目的:探索高校心理咨詢方向研究生臨床實(shí)習(xí)課程化管理的效果。方法:選取參加30天暑期臨床實(shí)習(xí)的心理咨詢方向研究生26名[平均年齡(24±1)歲],采用自編臨床實(shí)習(xí)效果調(diào)查問卷從過程和結(jié)果兩方面評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:實(shí)習(xí)生對(duì)臨床實(shí)習(xí)活動(dòng)的參與率為50.0%~96.2%;實(shí)習(xí)生的總體滿意度為(3.8±0.8),帶教對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)生的總體滿意度為(4.0±0.8);有92.3%的實(shí)習(xí)生出勤超過224 h并完成實(shí)習(xí)任務(wù);臨床實(shí)習(xí)后,實(shí)習(xí)生8個(gè)方面的專業(yè)能力提升(均P0.05)。結(jié)論:臨床實(shí)習(xí)課程化管理對(duì)提高心理咨詢方向研究生臨床技能可能是一條有效的途徑。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of clinical practice course management for graduate students in the direction of psychological counseling in colleges and universities. Methods: 26 postgraduates (mean age of 24 鹵1) who attended 30 days of summer clinical practice were selected and evaluated from both process and result by self-designed questionnaire on clinical practice effect. Results: the participation rate of intern in clinical practice was 50.0 and 96.22.The overall satisfaction of intern was 3.8 鹵0.80.The overall satisfaction of trainee was 4.0 鹵0.80.92.3% of the interns were on duty for more than 224 hours and completed the task after clinical practice. The professional ability of the intern in 8 aspects was improved (all P 0.05). Conclusion: clinical practice course management may be an effective way to improve the clinical skills of graduate students in the direction of psychological counseling.
